➜ We booked a cabin at guest house Isabella in October 2021. Upon arrival, we found that the sea is very far away, there are a lot of insects in the houses. There are no cafes nearby, no civilization, wilderness. We were forced to give up on the first day and look for new housing. They asked for a refund for the reservation, but there was no response, the money was not returned. We really regretted that we chose this guest house, we expected the best.

We booked accommodation from July 22 to July 29, made an advance payment, paid for the flight. On July 17, we were refunded the prepayment, they said that they could not settle their guests due to the fact that the village flooded after the rains. How surprised were my friends in Gagra, who live there and do not know anything about it. They said that in Abkhazia there are such cases when someone can extend their residence or settle someone through the know, and someone just throw and return the prepayment. That's "guest house "Isabella" is exactly those hospitable people! Think before you rest with them!
