Waco Hotels

Cela provided exceptional service during my visit. She was warm, super nice, and consistently attentive with a pleasant attitude that made the interaction feel genuinely welcoming.

Super clean hotel and room. We had the breakfast package — the buffet was a step above the usual hotel offering but they also had made-to-order options as part of the breakfast package.

Great hotel. I had the bar all to my self around 10pm. They also let me watch whatever I wanted on there flat screen tv. Definitely recommend.

Clean, cheap and safe! Went to Opal’s Ouyster Bar and it was great. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location, close to the silos and pleasant staff.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was amazing. I stayed on the first floor so not sure what the pressure was like on other floors.

The staff was excellent Mr. Robert goes above and beyond he is literally the definition of outstanding customer service.

If you live in the central Texas area or are just passing through, this is a must stop! The accommodations are as you would expect from Magnolia and JoAnna Gaines. This is a very comfortable property.

My Husband and I are avid travelers, and I think the Hotel 1928 is our favorite hotel.

The entire place was spotlessly clean, from the parking lot to the lobby to the rooms and all public areas.

Though we only stayed for a night, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Check in was a breeze—took less than 5 minutes and the front desk attendant was friendly.

Thank you for being a home away from home while my daughter recovered from her surgery. Great stay for the 4 weeks! Great people!

What I thought was going to be 3 barely tolerable weeks in Waco for work training turned out to be the best hotel stay of my life. Element does it right!

Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room (438), only in the lobby. Dell laptop and iPhone both have the same issue. I travel frequently for work, never had this issue at other hotels.

Welcoming and friendly staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We picked this spot as a stopover on a longer road trip to visit family. Our room was very comfortable and we slept great! I told my husband I could totally live there!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The property was clean and accommodating for our room block needs.

Great customer service and the room was nice and cleaned. Even thought the upper floor was getting renovated, it was still peaceful and mindful.

Great location and great nightly rates. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is nice and well maintained.

Breakfast staff are not interested in their guests or their needs. Front desk was pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping was good, also.

The staff was super nice and friendly. Our check in and check out was both less than 5 minutes. Room was clean. Hotel was clean.

Rebecca at the front desk was very pleasant, professional and helpful. You don’t find people anymore like Rebecca very often that seem to like their jobs.
Chris in the Tiki Lounge was an excellent.

The Greater Hewitt Chamber hosts meetings at this property several times a year. The space is always clean and the staff is friendly. Our team appreciates your amazing hospitality!

Arrived late at night after staying an unexpected additional day in Waco with my partner, so we didn't have a room booked yet.

We honestly were not sure what we were getting because the listing said suite with 1 king and 2 queen beds but it didn't say how many rooms.

I had an outstanding stay at Residence Inn and wanted to highlight the exceptional level of service and comfort provided throughout my visit.

This is a very well managed, clean & neat Marriott property with a friendly staff! My only complaint is the extremely low water pressure in the bathroom sink & shower in an effort to conserve water.

We had an excellent stay at EVEN Hotel Waco! Richard at the front desk was outstanding, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from check-in to checkout.

I had a great stay at EVEN Hotel in Waco. The hotel feels modern, upscale, and very well maintained, with thoughtful amenities in both the lobby and the rooms.

Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities.

This was a surprisingly good experience. Everyone who worked there was great, the hotel is very new, very clean, the gym is better than most, pricing was very fair, the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect for what I needed for three nights. Everything was clean and staff very friendly and welcoming.

Came in desperate for a decent room at a decent price…. Dolly at the front desk was amazing at helping me sort out my reservations error and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Great for a one night. Beds were small, I'd guess full size rather than queen size, but comfortable. Room was dated, but accommodating. The AC works great, but bathroom has squatty potty.

I have stayed at Knight's twice. I have also stayed in many motels over the years. I found Knight's to be the cleanest of all with pristine towels, etc.

I have stayed there a total of about three weeks in last two months. The rooms were always nice and staff was responsive.

Hotel itself is fine, bed and pillows if you can call them pillows are very lumpy, bed felt like it wasn’t on a solid foundation.

Overall nice hotel, updated and clean! The rooms (at least the standard king) is small. It was hard to move around without waking my husband as the sink is not within the bathroom.

Positive: Clean, spacious, staff. Negative: No coffee in room. No free breakfast.

This hotel was clean and spacious and comfortable. Rooms were a little outdated and needed more outlets/charging spots near the bed in particular. Overall it was comfortable and no real issues.

I just love this hotel. The location was wonderful. It’s right off of I 35. Dennys and IHOP are right across the street.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Close to downtown and the river/walking bridge. It got a little loud on our side of the building due to teenagers and others street racing along the river.

Simple but annoying. To close or open the main curtain, you need to open the sheer, lightweight curtain all the way from one side. And you are directly across from other rooms.

The entire staff was amazing! The beds are the perfect mix of firm and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and tasty. The rates are great! The rooms and hotel in general are clean and welcoming.

The room we rented had two of the usual queen sized beds (comfortable and near the windows), but the placement was different and spacious. Also included was a kitchenette and a chest of drawers.

The entire staff was friendly and greeted me promptly. The room and facilities look good for my business trip. The location is easy to access and there are many amenities and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was outstanding. Miss Teresa doesn’t exceptional job of being meticulous about how everything is presented. Her customer service is outstanding.

Great experience overall! Staff helped us find local restaurants and gave great suggestions. Room was quiet even though we were near the highway.

Our suite had plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel room which was perfect for our week-long stay.

Visited here for 3 days recently for a track meet being held at Midway HS. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful, the beds were comfortable, it was clean and breakfast was really good.
