Great hotel. I had the bar all to my self around 10pm. They also let me watch whatever I wanted on there flat screen tv. Definitely recommend.

Clean, cheap and safe! Went to Opal’s Ouyster Bar and it was great. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location, close to the silos and pleasant staff.

Shout out to Jerome and Marcus and the entire staff at the hotel. Jerome came and fixed my TV promptly and was very personable and friendly.

Our stay here was just perfect.

I have stayed at the Element in Waco multiple times. It’s absolutely one of my favorite hotels. The staff is amazing. Victoria has always been so kind and helpful.

We love the Element in Waco and have stayed there twice in 2025 for a total of eight days.

Nice Hotel, who knew Choice provided upscale locations. My business trip was great. Quick easy check in and check out. The room was well laid out and updated.

Let Me Start Off By Saying The Hotel & Staff Were Absolutely Wonderful, BUT!
My Stay Was Absolutely Horrible.

The hotel, room, staff were all 5 stars, we had dinner in the Birtie dining room. First of all, very limited entree menu, no complimentary dinner rolls or home made bread available even to purchase.

Our stay at Hotel 1928 in Waco was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every inch of the property is thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained.

I had stayed at staybridge for a couple days and one of the things that had impressed me the most was some of the employees and the breakfast.

Pros-excellent location with no road noise, beds were comfortable, breakfast offerings were good, employees were courteous and friendly, common spaces and room were clean and fresh smelling.

I cover 9 states as a Field Recruiter for Covenant Logistics so I stay IHG Properties 4 to 5 nights a week and I can honestly say that this hotel is my favorite place to stay out of them all.

We booked a block of rooms for my son's wedding in Waco. Hotel Indigo was so helpful and flexible!

Stayed there a couple of weeks ago to attend a couple of Baylor events. Love that it was walking distance to the new basketball arena and an easy drive across 35 to campus.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also decent and parking was easy. The only issue I had was the shower.

Me a two others drove almost four hours to do a job in Waco which will take at least a week. The lady behind the desk who named Meagan went above and beyond to get us situated.

The front desk team was outstanding. Special shoutout to Meagan and Misti. The room was spotless/spacious and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet / the location / the pool.

My first impression of this place was the staff. Thomas helped me out on a night that I wasn't planning to use a hotel. I was at the theater and Ice had covered everything while I was inside.

Extended stay due to plumbing repairs on my home. December 18, 2025 through January 14, 2026. Great location for I-35 and all of Waco main attractions. IHOP located in the same parking lot.

Wife and I stopped in for the beer bath experience. Wonderful! Only issue is if you would like a flight and charcuterie you need to schedule your visit when the restaurant is open.

This is next to the Silos so didn't have to worry about where to park. Several great eating placed within walking distance. The front desk ladies were so sweet and very friendly.

Checked in late but the location enabled us to walk to a choice of restaurants for dinner. Great location, staff is pleasant and professional.

Positive: Front desk is one of the best attendants I have encountered. He was very pleasant, offered me advice what to visit, and helped me with the washer. Always available to help.

Needed a last minute, late night room for visiting a family member in the hospital next door. The staff was very accommodating and even compassionate to my reason for staying.

Breakfast was average.
I loved the yogurt and pancake machine.
The room felt dim.
Loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
Plenty of towels.

Overall I liked this hotel. The room was very small, but that was ok for this stay. The floors are tile or vinyl so I feel like it’s cleaner than carpet.

Beautiful new clean, quiet with south facing room, you can see downtown, Baylor, river, silos, bridge, especially nice lit up at night. Checkin was super easy with pleasant kind front desk.

The free breakfast was fantastic! The chef Rose, was incredibly sweet and did a fantastic job with everything! Truly such amazing service on her part, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had.

Our stay was made truly special from the moment we arrived, all thanks to Teresa. She greeted us with the warmest welcome and a level of professionalism that is hard to find.

I was in Waco for a week and reserved my room at the Hilton gardens. I was welcomed by the most pleasant front desk staff I have ever met.

Quick and easy check in. Front desk staff was nice and courteous. I stayed in a room with a king bed and sofa. It was more than enough space for me and all my things. Everything was clean.

Ive stayed at this hotel twice, once in 2021 on my way to Rockport and in 2022 on my way to Corpus Christi. 2021 was terrible, 2022 was good, I will start with the bad time in 2021.

I stayed at this Hampton for work and honestly, it surprised me in all the right ways.

The staff were charming! Shout out to Ricky and Ashley for their kindness and good energy! The room was so spacious, spotless, and looked like it had been updated recently.

Stayed here for three weeks—great experience! The place is clean, prices are reasonable, and the management is very accommodating.

Recently our Supper Club had a meal at the Waco Hilton and it was outstanding. Our host, Patrick Ishimwe, was attentive and oversaw every detail to perfection.

Ive stayed at this hotel a few times. The last time I stayed prior to this stay, the hotel was clean and nice.
