El Paso Hotels

Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially from a locally owned place. We were in town for BTS weekend, and nearly everything else was completely booked out.

Excelente location and well maintained installations. Room are very comfortable and clean. Looks like new. Include everything I need to rest and enjoy my stay in the area.

This is a great set up. Walkable area don't realize you're next to the airport and plenty of variety when it comes to restaurants or other places to visit.

This place is truly a gem. People here are so friendly and courteous. My husband works out of town, and they truly go above and beyond to make his stay comfortable and easy.

I had a very nice experience at this location when I came into town. There was one little issue with the bedding, but it was resolved immediately. I truly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.

Water pressure could have been better.

First visit to this hotel, 2nd time in El Paso. So happy to be staying here. Breakfast buffet was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Our stay at the Plaza Hotel El Paso was excellent. The room is cozy and has a great chic atmosphere. Our breakfast at Ambar was wonderful.

Hotel is very nice and clean like most other Home2 locations. Staff was nice. But this hotel shouldn't charge for parking, no reason for that in that part of El Paso.

This is a hidden gem. This is how a hotel should be operated and managed. The staff are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Pet friendly and some nice areas for your dogs.

This is an excellent hotel very near the airport. A few perks, it has a free soda dispenser and coffee all day. There is a "meditation" room with massaging chairs, and a workout room.

Location is good. Right off I10, close to shopping, the airport ect. Staff was helpful and we were able to check in three hours early. King room with sofa bed was very comfy.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay, and will now consider further stays at Hyatt Place properties, after previously not experiencing the best stays with this brand.

The breakfast and front desk experience were both excellent. The breakfast area was clean, well-stocked, and organized, with great attention to guest needs.

We stayed here August 2025 while driving cross-country, and it was honestly a really great stop.
The place was super clean, and the rooms felt nice and updated.

Best Hotel in El Paso, hands down. Tori provided OUTSTANDING customer service. The rooms are spacious and spotless. 5th floor bar has a large selection of drinks and speedy service.

Our room was serviced everyday of our 7-day stay and they showed great hospitality. The breakfast was ok. The room was spacious and clean. Overall it was a great stay. I would recommend.

This hotel is excellent, I had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, very close to the airport and base. There’s a lot of restaurants close by. Has a gym inside.

Im a music artist and I’ve been coming back and fourth to El Paso, and I’ve stayed in most of the hotels. But this one is different! I love the staff here, and how clean and peaceful it is here.

Hotel is nice and up to date. Room was big, clean and the bed was comfortable. Outside of the property is also clean and well maintained. Plenty of free parking.

Nice Hotel, staff was kind and helpful. It was quiet and I slept well. I stay at Holiday inn Express 99% of the time. I found this one to be a bit more pricey. I wish breakfast started early.

I had a very pleasant experience during my work stay. The room service was excellent, and the accommodations were exceptionally clean and secure. Staff were very helpful and greet you when enter.

Very clean room and bathroom. It is in a nice quiet area away from town. It is near a supermarket, fast food, and restaurants. The staff who I check in with was nice and explain everything.

The rooms are clean and they are pet friendly, though we ended up not needing to bring our cats.

Great location, close short drive to everything, airport, downtown, zoo, Mexico entrance, shopping, restaurants etc.
All staff friendly, knowledgeable, prompt.

Walked in and the front desk Letti was so friendly n welcoming. She set me up in a room perfect for us (near the pool) and even helped sign me up for the BW program.

Great location. Clean and quiet. Great blinds in the room. If you like dark room with no lights glaring through the curtains at night — this is the place to stay.

Just love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Always cleaning day and night, and with a smile on their face.

My family and I were visiting El Paso and we stayed at the Homewood Suites near the El Paso airport. Over all, we had an excellent stay.

Feb2026: 4⭐: I would recommend this hotel location. This hotel is conveniently located in an area where restaurants are within a reasonable walking distance of about a mile.

Super solid hotel. Perfect location for the work trip. Decent breakfast menu, and nice to have a bar for a nightcap. Rooms on the backside of the hotel (away from I-10) are pretty quiet.

This was I think our favorite place so far on our road trip. The outside looks a bit old which it is but don't let that fool you. Walk into your room and be amazingly happy.

I am absolutely grateful for this place for not canceling our 3 month in advanced booked reservation for May 2nd and reselling for a higher price because a K-pop group came into town!

Just arrived for BTS weekend! The previous reviews did not do this place justice. It's a few minutes from downtown El Paso not it saved us money this busy weekend!

The staff was really friendly. Everything is clean, even the rooms. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. There's several places to eat in the area, not walking distance though.

I arrived late at night & was met with Joshua at the front desk. He was so helpful & friendly. The room was clean & had everything I could have needed. Wonderful experience & customer service.

Stayed here for one week as I transitioned to Fort Bliss. I was immediately impressed by the customer service and kindness of all the staff.

We stayed here on the final night of our 2026 Big Road Trip as we wanted an accessible room that could sleep three comfortably. The hotel is relatively new and overall good condition.

The staff is amazing you can’t beat it especially when you have restaurants with walking distances and I wanna give a shout to the following staff.

We stayed here on two different nights and two different rooms. It’s a great place to rest your head. Neither of us complained of back pain from the beds. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

A great option if you're on a road trip, or heading to White Sands. It's a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. Taking off one star because as Ambassador Elite, no welcome gift was given.
