Beautiful hotel. We were there on a Thursday night and they encouraged us to attend a free party on the roof with live music. It was wild and interesting to see the view.

Went for a visit one morning during our stay to see the famous duck march. I was very surprised to see the excited people coming to see ducks march. It was good fun.

The Arrive hotel in Memphis was the perfect hotel for our two night stay. The location on Main St couldn’t be better, with bars, shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Recently stayed at the Memphian to celebrate my grandmothers 80th birthday and Sean provided excellent service throughout my stay!

We recently hosted an event at Tiger and Peacock inside The Memphian Hotel and also stayed overnight—and it was an incredible experience from start to finish!

The folks here are extremely sweet and accommodating, if you need something just ask and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a comfortable stay!

This was a very enjoyable 5 night stay. The hotel was clean, and smelled nice. No signs of pests of any kind, and I do check.

Went on a girls trip in May and we had the best time staying here.

I booked two queen beds and received double beds.

We stayed for just one night as a stop on a our trip, and the staff was awesome. Great location, minutes from Graceland.

Love, Loved, Loved our stay here. I went with my husband to memphis for his birthday in April. I wanted to surprise him (he's a huge Elvis fan) so got him tickets for Graceland.

A Hidden Gem in a Peaceful Corner of Memphis.

Excellent location in downtown. Close enough to Beale St to walk there. Very clean rooms with comfy bed, table, TV, fridge, microwave.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious and spotless. The staff were very friendly, willing to help and make restaurant suggestions.

This was a lot of fun. Stayed one night on a cross country trip. The rooms are fun and unique, massive bathrooms and showers. We had a balcony over looking the aquariums and store.

Beautiful surroundings, views and esthetics. Didn't like the bed or shower and some amenities near our room were either out of order (ice machine), or missing completely (microwave.

Would absolutely stay here again. Every staff member — every time we walked by — smiled and greeted us. The atmosphere was so welcoming. Though a little older appearing, it was clean and well-kept.

This hotel was a great home away from home. My stay was for 3 nights. All of the front desk clerks were exceptional.

I planned a weekend (Feb 14-15, 2026) in Graceland and decided to stay at The Guest House at Graceland to celebrate my mother's birthday and Valentine's day. It was a surprise.

What a great find! The two-bedroom loft was clean, nicely decorated and located close to some of Memphis’s main attractions. The underground garage parking and the luggage cart were nice bonuses.

This was a great find. The loft itself was very comfortable and clean. The communication prior to check-in, after check-in and pre-check-out was outstanding.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Clean, modern, safe and multiple dining options.

Fabulous location to Beale Street and walkable to many local restaurants. Our suite had a balcony and we enjoyed sitting outside. King bed was comfortable.

I really liked this hotel, not least for its amazing location, so near to Beale Street, and also the Peabody Hotel if you wish to see the Peabody Ducks.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property during my recent city explorations.

Rooms are a bit outdated but ok. Service was ok, not great but also not bad. Valet parking vs parking at a structure in this town is an expensive no brainer for a women, traveling with her daughter.

Probably the easiest 5 stars I have given in a while. We spent 2nights/3 days at the Westin and could not find fault anywhere.

Had a wonderful stay and the property was beautifully maintained. I had a small issue with the billing but Ida and her GM made sure to help correcting it right away.

The room was fine, breakfast was good and it was a pleasant stay. The standout at this hotel is a young lady named Diamond at the front desk.

From the moment we arrived the gentleman at check-in was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The aesthetic of the hotel is playful and artsy. The room was clean and very comfortable. Would stay again.

I LOVED my weekend here! Such a cute, fun vibe. Clean! I loved that it was comfortable enough to hang out in or do some work in the lobby.

My stay at The Hotel Napoleon was AMAZING! From the management team, housekeeping and to the front desk everyone was kind. The restaurant inside the hotel has new ownership.

I frequent Memphis often and I’ve stayed here about 5 times. 2/5 times my nana left an item and they kept it at the front desk for me to retrieve.

My stay was fantastic! The staff was welcoming. Especially Mary at the front desk. She was so attentive and made sure all our needs were met. (Thank you Mary for my late coffee accommodations 😅)

Not too far away from the airport, rooms are decently clean. Bathrooms could use an exhaust fan and doors without gaps.

We enjoyed our stay here. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was exceptional.
