I remember this place used to be the old " Colonial Inn" so I have fond memories here. Worldmark did renovate to make a more kid friendly environment.

My experience here was absolutely wonderful. When I first arrived, I was a little unsure because the property is located within a large apartment community, but that concern quickly disappeared.

Big rooms, very quiet, front desk staff is always so courteous. It's always clean and despite being close to the freeway you never hear the noise. Beds are a little stiff, but no real complaints.

Hampton Inn & Suites Reno West offers a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff and well-kept rooms.

This place is classy, upscale, yet still comfortable and reasonably priced. It's also in walking distance (about 20 — 30 minutes walk) of the airport.

Perfect location downtown and close to the airport. Walking distance to several restaurants and casinos.
I love that they have a nice big parking garage, which helped keep the car dry from the snow.

The location is good — close to the airport and anything else you may need. Rooms at front on the street are noisy from traffic.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place at the Reno-Tahoe International airport. We were only there to sleep before and early fright the next day.

Needed a quick 1 night stay in Reno & this was one of the cheaper options for the night. We weren’t expecting much but were impressed & surprised.

I stayed 3 nights. The bed was very comfortable. I liked how fresh the linen smelled. It smelled freshly laundered. I was surprised there was a parking fee.

We always stay here because of their dog policy and its location. Rooms are very clean, mini breakfast in the morning, and plenty of parking near other restaurants.

Seniors — Affordable quality place near the airport. Some noise from freeway and airport nearby, but not into the late night. Staff very friendly and informative. Big comfortable room.

Had a very pleasant experience with the front desk and all the staff at the hotel. We had a medical emergency during our stay which resulted in having to extend our stay by a couple of days.

Great alternative to the casino resorts. Especially with kids. You don’t get the smell of smoke. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Checking in was a breeze. Breakfast was free.

Although I am not yet a diamond member, I think having manners is missing in reviews here. The Hilton brand continues to provide clean, safe, very nice rooms and reasonable rates.
