Great renovations were done a few years ago, but the property does lack some common features that make a property 5-star. Fitness center is kind of lackluster and it does not have its own pool.

Stayed here for Blue Jackets game. Can't beat the location — so close to Arena! Used reward night with points. The room was very nice and clean.

We went to the casino and stayed for one evening at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The rooms are very nice and again, everything super clean.

I stayed at your location for 4 consecutive Saturday nights and had a great time. The only negative was that the breakfast was the same items every day.

Everything was just lovely. The only difficulty I encountered was my room was on the third floor and I arrived very late. It was very warm and cozy but that doesn't work for a woman in her 40s.

Great bed and breakfast to stop at if you're in this area or passing through like we were. Super chill atmosphere. Very convenient self Check in / Check out.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. Rooms are super clean, everything is in perfect working condition, the rooms are modern and look very new or well maintained.

I came to cbus to visit cosi and explore the city a bit. We checked in to the hotel in the evening after being out for the day.

I highly recommend this hotel for their friendly staff, cleanliness, beautiful aesthetic, and walking distance to restaurants and breweries in the Columbus area.

One of the better experiences of a Marriott I have had. Beautiful location and kept very clean. Had a nice M lounge and we're quite accommodating!

James was great and the burger was very good! The character requirement on this form is absurd. Customers who want to give a compliment should be allowed to however they see fit.

The Hyatt Place was only 2 minutes from where we were moving my gf daughter. Parking lot was very crowded but we were able to find a place. Check in was easy. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Pretty, quiet location with lots of free covered parking. The room was quite large, very clean with a very comfortable bed. The shower water pressure and temp as excellent.

This bed & breakfast is OUTSTANDING! It's in the perfect location and easily walkable to some of the best of Bexley's shopping, food, and entertainment.

What a lovely place to stay! We were in town overnight to attend a concert at the Columbus School for Girls. This was easy walking distance from that, and also from good restaurants.

What a beautiful and memorable stay at Le Méridien! The hotel itself is stunning, and I loved how much personality it has.

I stayed at the Blackwell Inn during the level 3 snow emergency that we had in Columbus after my shift at OSU. They provided medical center staff with an emergency rate that also included valet.

This Hilton was great! Rose at the front desk was great. We had a team meeting in the Gahanna boardroom. Everything was great except the access to internet.

Very convenient to OSU Hospital. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Well satisfied. Reasonable rates. We didn’t have breakfast as our son couldn’t have anything to eat before testing.

Had a great time in this Best Western. Rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. There was free coffee or hot chocolate available 24/7. The breakfast options were great and everything was well kept.

Millie, the front desk agent was more than helpful. I’ve never had customer service experience as I did with her. She was super polite and went out of her way to make us comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Columbus. Kia at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Nico at the bar was very friendly. We hung out at the bar with him 2 evenings.

They are having issues with cars being broken-in in the parking lot. If you search online it’s an ongoing issue.

We stay here several times a year for competitive cheer at the convention center.

Spacious rooms, friendly check in staff. Valet parking bit comes at a price. Great location across from the convention center and near many local bars and restaurants.

I had a great experience during my stay. My room was consistently clean, towels were restocked every day, and there were always fresh cookies available.

The rooms were decently spacious. The amenities were great. The building and rooms looked and were clean. Only issue I had was my refrigerator wasn’t cold enough.

Room was a little outdated, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was nice and Sharon, the lady setting it up, was so very nice.

Overall I had a great experience. Rooms were clean, Sharon from the breakfast area was soooo friendly and welcoming. She sparked up conversation and was a joy to speak to during dining time.

Just spent the best week in the Townehouse suited Marriott OSU.

We love staying here when visiting our Buckeye. The Upper Arlington from location is super for easy dining options all within walking distance, yet still close enough to the university.
