Duluth Hotels

Have been travelling to the Johns Creek / Duluth area several times a year for a while now. Have always stayed in Peachtree Corners. Never again!

Nice hotel. No microwaves in the room. Hard to try to get into the place. But now that I know how to get into the place. I would definitely stay again okay I'm emergency today.

Big city feel hotel. Clean landscaping, large buildings, attached to an arena. It’s really grand. Great for conventions. My financial company got me a room here and everything was A1 as expected.

Have stayed at this property many times. Stayed there in mid February 2026 and was fantastic. The rooftop bar offers a great chance to catch up with coworkers for a quick drink.

Our family had a great stay. The hotel is beautiful and staff members are so friendly. The breakfast was delicious with variety of foods to choose from.

I don’t typically review hotels unless they don’t meet expected standards and I feel the need to warn others but I make an exception here—this Hampton Inn was outstanding and exceeded my expectations!

Stayed here for work and breakfast was great! Chicken sausage options, bagels, waffles and different juices! Staff was very kind and accommodating!

Perfect for attending events in the Gas South District.

10/10 RECOMMEND! Employees were all warm and friendly and eager to help! We asked for more towels and sheets for the pull out bed and both were delivered immediately by smiling employees.

The staff was amazing, and the entire building was exceptionally clean. Everything was in great working order, all the amenities were fantastic. As far as our room, we have zero complaints.

We travel a plethora during hockey season and from hotel to hotel this one has been the best. From the cleanliness to comfortable beds a nice suite to delicious breakfast.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I thought I made a mistake when booking from the looks of the outside. When I walked in it was so nice and updated. Mrs.

I stayed here on a Saturday night, the women who checked me in at 6pm was nice. The young man who checked me out Sunday morning was also pleasant. The house keeper on floor 2 was very sweet.

We stayed here while attending the heart concert and the hotel was actually a very nice place. The rooms were very clean nice size, the bathrooms were very clean and sanitary.

This location was very well kept and clean. My only complaint (s) were the lady during breakfast. She was sweeping the floor extremely loud, slamming the broom against everything.

I was in the area to go birding in Sax Zim Bog and while there are a couple of closer places to stay this one was very handily located, a good price and good service.

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Duluth, and I want to especially highlight the outstanding service we received from Bennie during breakfast.

Stayed here twice now to watch Atlanta Vibe since we are out of towners. Great location and walkable to the arena.

1. Parking for our box truck was excellent.
2. The room was perfect. Great bed, great pillows.
3. The room was clean.
4. Water pressure great for 6th floor.
5. The shower head had great pressure.

Came here for a 2 night stay, rooms were very clean. Coming back in a week for another stay. Staff was very accommodating.

Excellent 3-star hotel, easy to locate, parking is adequate and well-lit, despite booking from a third party, checking in was seamless.

I’ve been staying here temporarily while looking for something more permanent. Rico is very personable, communicative, and understanding.

Had a problem with a room, without hesitation they gave me a new room. No issues.

It looked the building is really old and so was the room I stayed in, but they tried to keep it updated and clean; indeed clean it was.

Positive: I've stayed here many times and this was the cleanest, newest, freshest room ever. Everything worked well. Property looked cleaner with less undesireables lingering around like usual.

Great location, perfect for our 2 lil dogs. We had one issue and Robert took care of it promptly. Housekeeper, Trish, did a great job keeping our space clean and supplied.

I've enjoyed my extended stay. Nimisha, Trisha, & Jay in the front office are amazing. They are professional and patient. Even the housekeepers and maintenance are great.

The price is a steal now a days. I'm use to staying in places like the crown hotel but that's on special occasions for a room for the night or a week it's a nice place to stay. I do love the staff.

I was staying here on a work trip. The hotel is clean, spacious and the service is fantastic. My TV was not working and the front desk sent up Cliff to fix it. He was awesome.

Great rooms and great service. The place is starting to age, but that was no issue for us because we enjoyed the space and cleanliness. Good standard breakfast to. Will definitely go ahead.

A little noise since the place is under remodeling very clean and confortable rooms, I hope they can have a better price at least for the time they are remodeling.
