Thank you Holiday Inn Express Augusta North for accommodating us on short notice for a meeting of 20 people. Your staff was very helpful and the accommodations work well.

Clean hotel, smells wonderful when you enter the front door. The gentleman working at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.

It’s a beautiful and historic hotel with a lot of character. Rooftop bar is cool too and the hotels restaurant has decent food.

Me and my boyfriend came tonight for Valentine's Day, and it was our first experience at the Partridge Inn.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We had lovely chats over breakfast and were made to feel very welcome. Our room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking and easy to access everything we needed.

Absolutely beautiful, historic Inn. Make sure to ask the owners for a tour and history lesson regarding the property. Such gorgeous grounds as well.

The lady that checks us in was super friendly! She also signed me about becoming a member for future perks.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending a meeting at the Residence Inn. The meeting space was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.

Housekeeper Christine W is great. Always friendly, efficient, always confirms I have everything I need. Always remembers my requests. Great service!

We didn’t stay at the Inn but we did enjoy a drink and some quality live music in the cozy bar below. The space is small and intimate with great acoustics.

Open mic night. Best bands in the best spot in town. Since 2016, every Thursday. Who needs advertisement! Just come see them. Candace even made up a drink!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful.

This was a quick stop for us between Nashville and Charleston. Great on off location. Had a nice little bar in the hotel with great service friendly staff.

What a nice stay! Clean big comfortable rooms and clean hotel overall. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the ladies at the front desk were all very friendly. Easy access and great location.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The lobby was exceptionally clean. When we got to the room it was very clean along with the bathroom.

I stayed at My Place Hotel over the weekend and had an excellent experience. The front desk manager was amazing and very accommodating.

The only thing that I didnt care for was my breakfast. Ordered potatoes and got tomatoes. But very accommodating hotel.

I stayed at the hotel recently and really enjoyed my stay. I was in a rush during checkout to head back home. I realized I left my phone somewhere and backtracked my steps.

Stayed 1 night just recently. The room was fine except for the toilet that ran off and on like it probably needs a new stopper in the tank.

The front desk staff rate 10+ they are friendly, and as always, very helpful; the rooms are always immaculate, even when I look for dust or grime in places where a seasoned traveler would expect to

We love staying at this Crowne Plaza. The location is ideal and the service is impeccable.

My first time ever staying at a Crowne Plaza hotel. We attended a event at SRP and then attended an event after at the Crowne Plaza and it was easier after having cocktails rather than driving.

Great stay! This hotel is in the middle of the action (it is beside Texas Roadhouse — my fave! ). I was impressed with my stay. The bed was comfortable. The room was white glove clean.

I've had to pick hotels in GA a lot not knowing how the location was. Some turned out horrible. I booked this hotel online as I usually do. It was an emergency so we only booked one night.

They are still remodeling but they look close to being done. Room is nice and nicely updated and fresh. Lobby is going to be nice.

The new rooms are nice even though they are only renovated not redone. They old air-con is only covered by a wooden crate, bed is Sheraton standard.

Just want to rave about your hotel! Room was great but your staff was amazing.

Positive: The room was very clean, bed comfortable with the exception of small pillows. The shower pressure was outstanding.

I came here just to see what its like and it was nice with the ladies at the front desk. But one guy just looked at me rudely and didn't even speak or acknowledge the customer.

Pleasantly surprised by the room, 500 sf with a full kitchen, even though there were no utensils or pots and pans.

Nice staff and fun activities. The property is well kept and maintained. This was my first time visiting there and it presented better than I had invisioned.

While the exterior may not be impressive, my room was spotless.

This is our first time coming to this hotel and I absolutely love it here! What I didn't expect was our room has a small kitchen which is very nice!

Before I go into detail, this hotel was currently in the process of renovating. So I won’t penalize anything against them because they are trying to get better.

Best Quality Inn we have stayed. Its deffinitly a go back to place. Good nite sleep and very reasonable price. Breakfast was so-so but coffee was good.

It was conveniently located, check in was fast and easy, and the eggs and sausage were nice to have, however one of the beds was very sunken down in the middle and the room was either hot or cold.

The hotel is going through renovations. Lobby is a mess. Dirty hallways. This is still my goto in Agusta. Employees are always helpful and new rooms are excellent.

Really great customer service. Undergoing renovations and there was an issue with the first room and it was immediately resolved and I was moved to a new room.
