4 girls celebrating one of us for her birthday and we were amazed how big those rooms were. The bathroom were big enough for all of us. We docorated the place and still had space to dance and enjoy.

If you need to stay for Mayo Clinic visit & you need extended stay with full kitchen, take a look at this hotel seriously. It is 5 years old compared to Hilton nearby which opened October 2025.

At the last minute we found ourselves in need of a hotel in Jax.
We settled on Hotel Indigo and it was really good. Parking and checking in was a breeze.
The location is very good.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, and the views of the lake were beautiful.

This is a pretty nice hotel to stay at whether you’re traveling or staying in Jacksonville because of its close location to I-95.

What a wonderful experience. I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Riverdale Inn, which was my first time staying at a B&B.

We were visiting family for several days in Jacksonville and found this B&B decorated beautifully for Christmas. The breakfast was very good and such a friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is very close to the interstate and has good food around in case you are looking to eat outside.

I could say a number of wonderful things about this property, but I just finished their email survey and I need to get back to my taxes LOL. Book it, enjoy it, and you can thank me later.

Best hotel experience I've ever had! The rooms are clean and spacious. The large fridge and kitchen worked well for big family meals.

First of all I’m always in Jacksonville and I’ve stayed at pretty much every hotel in baymeadows. But holiday in express/ suite on Brightman is the best overall.

We were in town for a wedding. The Front Desk team, Delores, and Super Dave all helped make the experience stress-free and easy.
Chyna was especially kind with the breakfast accommodations as well!

We had a wonderful four-night stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows.

It was a busy night when we checked in. After settling into our room, we started storing food in the refrigerator, only to discover it was broken.

We stayed here for a couple of nights late last week and had a really pleasant stay overall.

This Hampton Inn is very well managed and maintained. The front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming.

I'm happy with the room layout — very spacious for my family of 5. Two queen beds and L-shaped couch, large living space with desk area. I was shocked to see av hookups (for business purposes?!

My husband and I were very pleased to have chosen the Hyatt to stay.
It surpassed our expectations. The rooms were spotless clean, rooms are big with double beds and sofa with a refrigerator.

This Hyatt in Jacksonville was a great pitstop for us on our southward journey from Charlotte.
The prices were reasonable, the check-in was smooth, parking was free, and the breakfast was okayish.

The view alone was worth it! Very clean, comfortable and modern hotel with a wonderful staff. Lucked up on an upgraded room with a view of the water and it was perfect.

Nice hotel recently, renovated close to a lot of places to eat gas stations. Soon there will be a new grocery store just within walking distance.

We just had a quick overnight with our dog and enjoyed the stay. The staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful. Everything is clean — spotless, really!

The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront is an excellent hotel.

Very convenient check in and check out. No waiting in long queues. Parking lot is just right in front of the hotel. Amazing views.

We were there May 24-31. We were on the 4th floor. Out cleaning girls, Cindy and Elizabeth, were excellent! They were friendly and did a great job on our room.

I frequent many Hampton Inns and this is by far my favorite, mainly due to the staff. They are so welcoming and kind.

Had a really good experience with the Hampton. My apartment was getting some work that required me to stay over night at a hotel. The staff was very kind and professional.

Great hotel. Exactly what I expect when I stay at a Courtyard Marriott. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in good working order.

Close to a Walmart and restaurants super spacious rooms.
But biggest thing is we have only been here for about 4 to 5 hours so far but Gabriela has been absolutely amazing from the start!

We had a very nice stay in adjoining rooms. Hotel was very clean, shower nice, and breakfast was well organized with mixture of cold and hot options. Staff were very pleasant.

The people at the front desk were very professional and kind. The breakfast bar had a good variety of food and drink.

Proximity to Mayo and Publix is nice. Service is great. People are nice. Breakfast was good, but would be nice if they added almond milk. Beds were comfortable.

We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay due to an early morning appointment at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. We had never stayed here before and we were pleasantly surprised.

I usually don't leave hotel reviews, but Aloft Jacksonville absolutely deserves one! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they truly made all the difference.

Very unique design!
Rooms were spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was well lit with plenty of counter space.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Big bonus about this Sheraton is that there is NO pet fee!

2. Location is in safe area with plenty of restaurants and shops, literally across from a Costco too.

This was a really nice place, I like that it was convenient to a lot of things in Jax but the hotel itself is set back away from the road so it’s nice and quiet. Very clean and nice.

Stayed at the Jacksonville Waterwalk by Windham for a few days while family had surgery at Mayo. Room was great and the hotel was nice. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.

The room is very nice with 2 queen beds and a large TV with bathroom and closet with a safe and the other side of the room is a nice kitchenette with a couch and chair.

Joelle at the Residence Inn was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly helpful during check-in and went above and beyond by personally bringing a rollaway bed up to our room.

We had a room and our A/C did not work. They attempted to get maintenance but no one was available. So to make sure we were taking care of they gave us a completely different room.

I travel to Jax often to visit friends and for work and this was my first time staying here.
