Jacksonville Hotels

Barbara that works the complimentary breakfast was so nice and friendly. She made sure everything was hott.

I already wanted to write a very positive review for this hotel because I truly believe it offers outstanding value for the price.

I’m a repeat guest at the Marriott Jax, and Haley is always great! She’s friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience feel welcoming and easy.

The staff at Marriott Jacksonville go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

I would like to sincerely thank JB, the manager at the Residence Inn Mayo Clinic Area in Jacksonville, Florida, for his exceptional kindness and compassion.

Residence Inn Jacksonville-Mayo Clinic Area is always our favorite place to stay whenever we have appointments at the Mayo Clinic.

At the last minute we found ourselves in need of a hotel in Jax.
We settled on Hotel Indigo and it was really good. Parking and checking in was a breeze.
The location is very good.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, and the views of the lake were beautiful.

This hotel is very close to the interstate and has good food around in case you are looking to eat outside.

I could say a number of wonderful things about this property, but I just finished their email survey and I need to get back to my taxes LOL. Book it, enjoy it, and you can thank me later.

It seems that this property changed hands or went through a rebrand.

Only stayed for a night but I still loved it. I did read reviews before booking, but I didn’t exactly know what they meant when you have to turn on a switch to run the electricity.

I frequent many Hampton Inns and this is by far my favorite, mainly due to the staff. They are so welcoming and kind.

Had a really good experience with the Hampton. My apartment was getting some work that required me to stay over night at a hotel. The staff was very kind and professional.

This was one of our best experiences with a Hampton Inn. From check in to check out the staff was very accommodating.

Excellent Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, especially STEVE in the front office who went out of his way to meet our needs. Room was comfortable and clean as was the entire facility.

Hampton Inns are consistently good lodging with nice rooms, a good breakfast, and many locations. By far our choice when we are on the road.

Excellent stay, keyless access, 55” TV, easy access off 10, comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Our favorite hotel in the area. Nice clean rooms. Great location very convenient to UNF. Comfortable lobby with all-day coffee. Super hot breakfast @6am. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I am a Hilton Honors member and I checked in prior to getting to this location. When I arrived, the room I was originally assigned was not available.

I was in Jacksonville last weekend to treat my kiddos and niece to a beach trip before school started back and we had a very pleasant stay at this property.

I stayed at the Marriott Downtown Jacksonville for five nights while my daughter was hospitalized nearby, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make an incredibly difficult week a little

The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront is an excellent hotel.

Very convenient check in and check out. No waiting in long queues. Parking lot is just right in front of the hotel. Amazing views.

What a wonderful experience. I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Riverdale Inn, which was my first time staying at a B&B.

We were visiting family for several days in Jacksonville and found this B&B decorated beautifully for Christmas. The breakfast was very good and such a friendly atmosphere.

I stay in hotels two to three days a week for work, so I have experienced my fair share of customer service and hospitality.

It's a jewel hidden in hard-to-find place. But I was pleasantly surprised once I arrived at the hotel. A good combination of beauty, great room design and cleanliness.

This was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Everything was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.

The hotel is clean, serves good food and the hospitality is amazing. I was welcomed with a cold bottle of water and shortbread cookies every day.

Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

It was a little more expensive than the budget hotels I usually stay at, and they don't have free breakfast but I thought it was worth the slightly higher price.

Great little place to stay with in room amenities that feel like home. The staff at the desk were ultra friendly and helpful.

THIS is my new go to! I am traveling with my husband, my dog and my grown son. The upstairs loft with queen sized bed, flat screen and separate bathroom fostered love! I swear.
