All staff are helpful and professional. The food is tasty. The bedroom was huge, painted Cambridge blue, mostly, with a comfy chair, desk, huge bed and all the usual eg coffee machine etc.

The Waterman is in a great location near the river. It is on a fairly busy but the traffic noise didn't bother us. There was no noise whatsoever from the pub below.

The staff is wonderful! Especially Kiki at reception is marvelous and Francesco too and the wait staff of Yina and Nico were great/ friendly and efficient.

Stayed at the Hobson Hotel in Cambridge for one night on a Friday, the week before Christmas. This is a beautiful new hotel and feels very modern and well thought out.

We stayed in early April for 4 nights and had two rooms on the ground floor. The hotel is pleasant and the staff friendly.

A very good stay — I had booked the trip date incorrectly but the receptionist was very helpful in resolving this and I had a peaceful night. Room a small single but had everything needed.

Really good location overlooking the river Cam and just a short walk through the park to get to the city centre. No lift. Car park was not free as we did not book direct.

Comfy clean room. Shared bathrooms were fine off-season but must be a pinch point if the place gets full.
