I leave this 5 star for this place because of the receptionist CHRIS who made me coffee at 10pm because I couldnt find a place to have a coffee.

Room was big, spotlessly clean, very comfortable.
Has fully equipped kitchen and 4-seat table, plus desk, 5 chairs.
Room offered 5 different lighting systems, something for every mood.

The hotel is luxurious and probably the best one in this part of the world.

My wife, Dr. Shefketova, and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sofia on December 16th, and it was, as always, a delightful experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay.
The room was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and exceptionally friendly.

Location is very good near the city center. All historical places and restaurants 10 — 15 minutes by walking.
Room was cleand and tidy. It was lookimg to street with old trees.

It is practically a small building with small flats you can rent. Great value for money.
Only 12 min walk from the Central train-/ coach station, clean and very spacious.

This is a friendly budget hotel, quiet and comfortable, in a pleasant leafy-green neighborhood, just off the Boulevard Madrid, a busy street with shops and cafés.

Perfectly located just few meters away from Sofia Airport it gives the best experience possible for people who travel and have no time to waste looking for a good place in Sofia.

Always stay here when we land late/or have an early flight.

Room was good value and in a good location, and since it was available we were able to check in earlier after a night train which was nice!

The room is spacious and clean with a table and two chairs. Have a kettle and hair dryer. A few steps from supermarkets. Around 20 minutes walk from major tourist spots in the center.

Great location honestly. From the airport it took around half an hour with metro plus a short walk, and after that you can just walk to pretty much all the main spots in the city.

Great location about a 10 minute walk from the metro station and about 10 minutes to the historic center. The rooms are nice and modern. They have a walk in shower and.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is very clean, modern and beautifully designed. The location is great, right next to a park, and I really appreciated the private parking.

Loved our stay. The hotel is perfected located for visits to Sofia, our room was great and the service friendly. Really enjoyed sampling Bulgarian wine at happy hour and loved the breakfast selection.

Was there in June for my wife birthday, the all staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, the hotel is not that close from the center but there is a good transport system, very good value

Andrew at reception could not have been more helpful and gave a very good impression of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The minibar was well stocked with drinks and snacks.

Probably my favourite place I stayed on my 6 week Euro trip. Nice, big, bright rooms with high ceilings. Nicely decorated with a big tv. And the location was seriously perfect.

Strange place! Very close to Serdika metro, so well located for transport.

In the deep centre and pedestrian road of Sofia, the apartment was modern and fully furnished, the only point about the second bedroom was the window, very big opened on the corridor of the 2nd floor

It’s small but not so boutique. Centrally located, it is adequate. We had to keep the bathroom door closed as the shower wouldn’t completely turn off. M, so obviously not well maintained.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely excellent.

It is located very close to the main train station of Sofia, around 15 minutes walk from the center. But there is a metro stop 50 meters away, so access is very easy for those who don't like walking.

The apartment was spacious and lovely. The electric kettle didn't work in our room. The staff members were super sweet and helpful.

We stayed for one night at the hotel and the choice was made because it is next to the zoo. The area is good and the access to the center is straight either by bus or by car.

The price is ok, but the rooms need some work.

The hotel is located at the 3rd floor of an office building, the reception is open 24/24. The rooms are very nice and spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need.

Good option for 1-2 days:
— good location if you have a car (many parking options)
— big room with all facilities.

Had a good stay, rooms are clean, would stay again.

It's like apartment (double room) with tiny balcony and nice vue.
The breakfast is good.
