I leave this 5 star for this place because of the receptionist CHRIS who made me coffee at 10pm because I couldnt find a place to have a coffee.

Room was big, spotlessly clean, very comfortable.
Has fully equipped kitchen and 4-seat table, plus desk, 5 chairs.
Room offered 5 different lighting systems, something for every mood.

The hotel is luxurious and probably the best one in this part of the world.

My wife, Dr. Shefketova, and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sofia on December 16th, and it was, as always, a delightful experience.

The room was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and exceptionally friendly.

Location is very good near the city center. All historical places and restaurants 10 — 15 minutes by walking.

This is a friendly budget hotel, quiet and comfortable, in a pleasant leafy-green neighborhood, just off the Boulevard Madrid, a busy street with shops and cafés.

Great hotel overall: clean, good location, except they advertise they have air conditioning and they don’t in the winter.

Perfectly located just few meters away from Sofia Airport it gives the best experience possible for people who travel and have no time to waste looking for a good place in Sofia.

Lovely staff in beautifully designed hotel right in the middle of the main tourist sites of Sofia. Every person we interacted with was charming and helpful.

I recently stayed at Sense Hotel Sofia, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel has a modern, luxurious atmosphere, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed.

Room was good value and in a good location, and since it was available we were able to check in earlier after a night train which was nice!

The room is spacious and clean with a table and two chairs. Have a kettle and hair dryer. A few steps from supermarkets. Around 20 minutes walk from major tourist spots in the center.

Great location honestly. From the airport it took around half an hour with metro plus a short walk, and after that you can just walk to pretty much all the main spots in the city.

The hotel is good. The staff is nice and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out. There was central heating in the ceiling, with thermostat control. And the price was good.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is very clean, modern and beautifully designed. The location is great, right next to a park, and I really appreciated the private parking.

The hotel is very centrally located, and you can easily find something to eat along the main street in the morning, afternoon, and evening. There are also plenty of bars right nearby.

Super central hotel – everything is within walking distance! The rooms are comfortable and the staff is incredibly friendly. Maybe a little bit old. The reception team was especially kind and helpful.

In general, could say that the hotel preferred art over comfort, but it's still pleasant to be in it.

Loved our stay. The hotel is perfected located for visits to Sofia, our room was great and the service friendly. Really enjoyed sampling Bulgarian wine at happy hour and loved the breakfast selection.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this lovely hotel for a week. We were upgraded on arrival to a beautiful spacious room with a balcony.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel with two young kids. The pool was great and we spent 2 hours a day at the pool.

Am satisfied of my stay in your hotel! Almost everything was on level of your 5 stars. I have no remarks of rooms, hals and gardens. The food and drinks are very nice.
