Very nice, good equiped and clean hotel with kind owners always ready to help. Best breakfast ever — all food is so fresh from local resources and every day something new delicious.

In June 2018, we drove down to Austria with a Harley Davidsson Breakout 2016. We started from Luleå which is located in northern Sweden. After passing Germany we went via Prague down to Ebensee.

The owner of this guest house is very friendly. Even there might be a language barriers it was no problem as we manage to understand each other.

It's not very touristic (yet) and the family, who owns it works hard to make it perfect :) Great variety of food for breakfast. It's also possible to rent a bike.

The rooms were clean, provided with fresh sheets and extras. The buffet breakfast was incredible 🤩😋😊
The place is almost in front of the train tracks but still no noise.

The hotel is an older building that has been renovated. Our room was surprisingly spacious – it seemed to be one of the largest double rooms in the hotel. The room was clean.

Can‘t rate the rooms but the food and the staff are excellent, recommended for everybody who likes great cooking and friendly service.

We had a wonderful ten days exploring the beautiful and dramatic Austrian lake district. We booked Rosenhof as a villa for 9 of us in two families.

Hidden in Ebensee in a beautiful surrounding with mountains and cattle you find Rosenhof.

Very friendly owner, the apartment is spacious and cozy! Free parking for guests. Lot’s of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it, if you want to visit Salzburg/Hallstatt.

Good price/value. This pension can be used as base camp for via-ferrata routes around. Rooms and bathroom were clean and kitchen was well equipped. Parking place for two cars. Owner lives near.

Fantastic house, great location and very helpful and friendly hosts! Well appointed and spacious, we particularly enjoyed eating breakfast in the lovely garden every morning!

The location was simply breathtaking. Surrounded by the mountains and clean lakes with amazing colours, true paradise for nature lovers.

Nice place, good for the price. Very pleasant staff. Be aware of a hair dryer isn't in the rooms description, but it is in every room.
