Good location near East Park.
Breakfast could be better.
Staff are very polite and professional.

The rooms are spacious. Good food but their menu is limited. Very poor internet connection in the rooms.

I don't think we give enough credit to the wonderful service that Protea offer. The food was good and the service was exceptional! Special recognition to Mebelo in the restaurant who went over and above her job to make us comfortable. I would come back for that smile.

Nice experience here. Staff is very attentive and professional. Rooms are large, with nice bathrooms and good beds. Restaurant serves solid food, albeit at higher prices than comparable places in Lusaka. Small pool is a nice perk. Close to a modern shopping mall. Noise can be an issue if your room faces the street.

Was beautiful experience for the first time.

We stayed over on a Friday night and slept well before driving up to the Copperbelt. Staff were excellent.
When I called to book for the following weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, the person on reception remembered me. He organised the shuttle to meet us at the airport and the driver was waiting for us.
Excellent assistance all through the week-end, good room service for light meal on Sunday afternoon and shuttle was waiting for us when we checked out.
My only complaint is the dining room which was home for plenty of mosquitoes morning and evening.

Slowest service ever. Would you want them to speed up.

It's a nice 3 star hotel, very serene and cozy though I thought the lighting in the rooms could be better. But it's one very cozy hotel, the staff were all nice and courteous, you could tell they loved doing their jobs. The sheets in the rooms were soft and the pillows were very plenty and nice. I enjoyed the food it was great very nice.

Lovely stay. Second time staying at this location. Friendly staff, hard workers, very clean and safe, complimentary breakfast buffet, and spacious rooms. The staff even went out of their way to decorate our room for our wedding night! Good location and staff provided excellent personalized service. Only negative is that the internet connection is poor. Otherwise, highly recommend.
