Beautiful hotel. Very quiet and hidden away. Lovely rooms and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent help with suggestions for tours and wonderful breakfast daily.
They ask you about your tour when you get back at end of day.
I would give the hotel 10 stars If I could.

Excellent value-for-money hotel set in a convenient location near to restaurants, bank, pharmacy and the main attraction of Hue City (the Hue imperial palace). The hotel is just 10m off the main road and gives a sense of privacy. The hotel staff are helpful and responsive, breakfast is good. 2 thumbs up!

Couldn't be more happy with the service here. The room was super clean with nice ac. Front desk was more than accommodating with every request we had. We had them book a private car to drive us to Danang, used the laundry service and got massages from the spa. Breakfast was included and it's really close to the main street for bars in Hue.

The 2% surcharge they request for using the credit card to pay the bill, I balked, they changed their mind and removed. I didn't feel very comfortable here. The room was small and it had an huge over-stuffed chair, not practical. In the shower the lower section of tiles were dark, I expect needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was only okay. While talking with other guests they up the background music, talking was too much noise; I accept the breakfast area is small. Some of the staff was nice, doorman, but hospitality is lacking or veneer, IMO.

The Scarlett is the hotel with the best reviews in Huè. It is not hard to understand if you simply look around for the streets of the city at the other properties. The Scarlett is centrally located but far enough from the noisiest area. The room is large (bed is huge too) and all the amenities are provided. Staff is very courteous and attentive and the service is excellent. True to be told, the hotel would need some small maintenance and also the breakfast could be improved. About its style, which is not a PRO neither a CONS, is pretty classical/baroque: not my favorite one but okay.

I can only confirm most of the opinions. This hotel is the perfect place to visit Hue. Bloti at the bottom of a dead end, quiet, it is situated at a stone's throw from the historical centre. The reception is warm and efficient, the rooms are very well equipped, the comfortable bedding. Different fruits are offered every day. Breakfast is excellent. The value for money is just as remarkable. In short, a small boutique hotel that rivals the biggest and the most luxurious…

A jewel box of a hotel. The word boutique in the name is accurate. Set behind a busy commercial street in a row of townhouses, it's quiet and tasteful with well appointed rooms. Breakfast provides a variety of items including eggs cooked to order. The staff is friendly and attentive. You will not believe what you experience here if you are judging only by the room rate.

Best hotel I've stayed in Southeast Asia! Nice room and the most welcoming staff I've ever seen in a hotel. I recommend The Scarlett to everyone who wants to have a good time in Hue.

Really nice hotel, for the price and in general. Location is about as ideal as it gets, right in the middle of the primary tourist area and walking distance from the citadel main city market. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel makes it easy to book tours or transportation. They gave us some great recommendations for the city. Wetayed in the queen rooms, not very big but sufficient for two people. Room was very clean. We did laundry through the hotel and our clothes came back same day at a reasonable price. Breakfast was included in our rate, I would rate it as just okay. The eggs and noodles we're good, but the buffet items less so.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff spoke great English and they tried their best to serve every guest. We checked out today and already missed our stay there!

5*seems to be not enough to review this hotel. From the minute you walk in the staff is exeptonally and genuinely friendly and very helpful. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spotless. Very good choice of hot breakfast and delicious buffet. Central location with good choice of restaurants around. I would love to stay there again in future and would definitely recommend to anyone who considering visiting Hue.

Very friendly staff, provides currency exchange in a pinch. Rooms are well appointed. Large bathroom. Comfy bed. Bell hop was kind enough to run out and get us some cough syrup late at night.

Hotel’s location isn’t right on the main street, taxi can’t stop in front of the hotel, you have to walk with your luggage to get there but they have camera observation, they’ll notice when you come and pick you up, help you with your luggage right away. It’s a small area for a hotel, they don’t have pool or coffee bar at the moment, but with the decoration and 5 stars service, professional staff will make you feel worth the price you pay. Outside, everything in the hotel is stunning exactly like all the pictures on their website. Westerners stay there more than Vietnamese but the food that restaurant serves are all delicious to both Westerner’s tastes and Vietnamese’s tastes. Although they haven’t got any different food than that 2 types. And the restaurant shares the same area with main lobby. Where they serve you welcome drinks and fruits while they doing some paperwork for you to check in and taking care of your luggage. You can ask them to book a bus for you (with a reasonable price by USD and good condition such as new bus and Wi-Fi on it) to go anywhere to continue your traveling. Above just some information from me when I stayed there for a night collected and I was very satisfied that I chose this hotel for my trip to Hue city. Highly recommend it for you.

Very good breakfast, close to everything, quiet.

The hotel is hidden in the alley, there is no swimming pool, a total of 17 rooms, although the breakfast can order but taste general. However, the front desk is very friendly, checkin let us sit in the dining room to enjoy fruit and fruit juice, but also detailed introduction of our nearby delicious restaurants and can participate in tourism projects, every day in and out of them are full of smiles. The first floor is the dining room and the lobby, the decoration is very good-looking, the bookshelf also put a variety of books, including some children's English story book, daughter likes. The room size just good, let me accidentally is the facility is very complete, under the table wardrobe has the emergency illumination, the hanger has three kinds, the restroom also has may stretch the makeup mirror, the complete four or five star hotel standard. There is also a point, every day will send delicious fruit is not repeated, super happy. If you come to Hue again, you will come back to live!

We stayed here four nights in October 2017. We loved everything about The Scarlett! Easy walking distance to the new night walking street, the night market along the river, and even the bridge to cross the river to the big market and The Citadel. First class accommodations, excellent breakfast every morning, and a super friendly and accommodating staff. Would gladly return and highly recommend The Scarlett Boutique Hotel!

A nice boutique hotel with nice decoration and very helpful and friendly staff. Staying at Scarlett suite and impressed with the sexy and just-right atmosphere. More importantly, it comes at great price.

Very charming boutique hotel in a dead-end. Very stylish & chic, decorated with taste. Excellent service, staff speaking particularly good French. Very good report quality price. I highly recommend if you are like me and love to have your little comfort, this is the address to know!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at at the Scarlett Hotel. The English speaking staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of Western and westernized Vietnamese food that was very good and plentiful. Speaking of food, the hotel is in close proximity to numerous Hue specialty restaurants for Bun Bo Hue and Com Hen as well was international cuisine. The hotel is also conveniently located near the river that offers a wide variety of sightseeing opportunities within easy walking or taxi distances. The concierge offers a variety packages to fit almost any budget to every sightseeing destination. If you are considering staying in Hue for a night or a week the Scarlett Hotel is an excellent choice.

This little hotel is fabulous. Right in the midst of the action and within easy walking distance to markets and the Imperial City, the Scarlett Boutique Hotel is an absolute must. Stunning decor, spotlessly clean, friendly and knowledgable staff and a breakfast of kings, this is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is classy, right down the the gorgeous frescos that have been painted directly onto the walls and inside the elevator. We were greeted on arrival with a welcome fruit platter and refreshing punch. Our room had been scattered with rose petals, had its own balcony and a bathroom with bath and shower. You only need to bring your clothes as Scarlett provides the rest. A comfortable king size bed offered a surprisingly quiet and restful night, given its central location. Free Wi-Fi provided a strong and reliable signal. I absolutely can not fault this hotel in any way. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.

Yes lord, as you notice that we arrived at the Hue Imperial. Des we arrived my partner and I we feel like in a palace, a treatment unsurpassed, a luxury hotel at a good price, an appetizer of arrival with fruit and juice, etc… If you go to Hue and want to feel like a part of the imperial city, The Scarlett is the option.

It is a good hotel and the staff is very attentive.
