I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Great hotel and good breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's close proximity to the market and River and all the tourist sites. The best part of this hotel is the building and the rooms, very spacious and has the old world charm. It is a typical French colonial building as built in the last February. The construction of the building with the swimming pool in the centre of the quadrangle looks very pretty. If one likes the old world charm I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms, nice pool but unfortunately some pretty poor service.
Hoi An was our last and one of the longer stops during. Our vacation in Vietnam, therefore we decided to get some laundry done. We chose the hotel as other places around were cheaper but we somehow hoped for better quality. Unfortunately, my girlfriend's pants were completely ruined. When we asked the staff for support, they tried to fix the stains (which hadn't been their before) but things got worse. Fixing colored pants with bleach should look like a bad idea but. Wasn't in their minds. Everything would have been fine if the staff and manager would have reacted in a decent manner, offering a discount or anything else, but they just tried to blame us and got annoyed about the issue.
Definitely don't recommend this place!

We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5! Great central location. Easily walkable to the river front from the hotel. The pool is such a good place to relax and escape from the mid day heat. Good breakfast, clean rooms. Just generally a nice place to stay — we had a room facing the courtyard.

Beautifull hotel with local and european taste breakfast. It has a unique local soap and shampoo that for some people have a little bit strong smell. What I love the most is the free flow coffee and tea here, it uses the traditional Vietnamese coffee that has chocolatey taste. It also very near the old town, japanese bridge and church.

Good price and convenient room, everything was great, easy to get to the ancient town and breakfast tasted excellent! The reception was also very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel four nights. The atmosphere here is wonderful, it has a pool inside and a great architecture overall. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean. I know that some rooms have a balcony and windows but our superior double bed room had a window which was pointed towards a wall 20 cm away. That's the only minus. The breakfast was a buffet with a cook that made eggs, and different fruits and much more. The hotels location is conveniently only 1 minute per foot from the ancient town away.

Absolutely most lovely and helpful staff. Hotel clean and breakfast buffet great. Superb location as well. Why this is only a two star hotel I don't understand.

Dirtiest mouldy hotel I've ever stayed in. Where do I start. Floor was black with dirt, of you didn't wear thongs your get would be black within 5 minutes. Room was full of mosquitos. Mould all over bedhead and walls. I came down with a horrible lung infection the day after checking out early, I'm sure we due to mould on the walls and fabrics. We had booked for 4 days but checked out after 1 night. This hotel needs to be cleaned and issues resolved asap. I know Vietnam is humid but the conditions of the room where unacceptable. The TV was covered in mould and filth. The air-conditioning didn't work. TV stations where horrendous. My advice stay away from this place.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast reasonable. Room has the first bath I've had in this trip. Shutters are good but front rooms do face a busy road.

Place with excellent location in the center of Hoi An. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organise excursions. They have bike and bike rental outside the hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Internal swimming pool. Buffet breakfast included very good and varied.
I will surely repeat again if I return to this wonderful city.

Amazing hotel. Good price, clean rooms, all staff are friendly from reception to cleaners. Really happy with our stay there. And the pool is very refreshing on a hot day. Only a 5 minute walk to old town so the location is great.

Great location. Great breakfast, great pool. I've seen rats in the stairway and cleaning staff threw our old town tickets away. Reception are lovely. If you stay on the top floor there's no lift it was a big hike.

Fantastic value hotel with friendly staff, great rooms and lovely pool. Hotel breakfast was good. They own a tailor next door which you supposedly get 20% off at if you stay at the hotel. I’m not sure if that’s true or not but nevertheless the clothes we had made were great and the girls in the shop provided a professional service.

This is my second stay at this centrally located hotel. The pool is gorgeous, the breakfast is generous, and the staff are polite and helpful. This time I stayed in a standard room, located on the top floor. It had a view of the hills, and was quieter than the deluxe room on the first floor that I stayed in last year. The roofline was authentically low, which wouldn't suit everyone, and it could have done with a wardrobe, but otherwise it as fine. A little less room and no couch but if you're solo, this is a great place to stay.

Love it! Really nice place to stay, location is great the staff are wonderful and it has a pool on the ground floor. If you want a nice place to stay in Hoi An I am sure you would be happy with this place for the price. A small point, I would skip breakfast and eat out as the choice was limited.

Simple, but nice hotel. Has a pretty patio with pink flowers and a swimming pool. Breakfast is good. The people are really nice and helpful.

A beautiful old hotel in a great location for the old town. It's not a five star hotel in literal terms, but it is for the cost. Friendly staff and its well preserved architecture makes it a great choice for a stay. Excellent food options in the evening can be found in the two restaurants opposite, in particular the tea gardens.

Great staff, nice room and beautiful place.

This hotel is great, near the old town, the personnel is very nice and devoted. The swimming pool is nice also but don't espect to spend hours on it, it's not a resort level swimming pool. I didn't take any breakfast there so my review don't take it in count.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean rooms. The rooms with Windows go to the street and are very noisy, the quieter rooms have no Windows and are therefore extremely dark. The staff is very friendly!

Nice room (aside from a bit of mold on a wall), silent. Great breakfast buffet included. Pool x a dip before heading out to dinner. Good.
