Great location/ great pub/ great food & beverage/ service/ rooms.

We were lucky enough to have 5 nights here, great rooms, lovely pool across the road is Salt Pub, great food and location on the beach. The rooms have a lovely big bathroom shower works really well, bed and pillows were lovely, we would definitely go back and thoroughly recommend.

Had a great few days! Great rooms, peaceful! Friendly and helpful staff.

Great establishment in a super location with fabulous people running it.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel; cozy and personal yet not too small. The layout and design is exceptional with the placement of the pool relative to the beach. The con is how much the staff can help you; they are not allowed to have their phones, hence unable to look things up nor to help with calling Grab. They also do not have amenities such as phone charger plugs to lend to guests. The most puzzling is they charge if you lose your second key card… At that price a night, what is a key card? The pool staff is amazing; super courteous and smiley. Breakfast is superb.

We had a super stay at this hotel and were well looked after by the amazing staff. Food was delicious and they even had a vegetarian menu. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the beach lovely and clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years and I do no say this lightly but Boutique hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels all over the world and I have never received the level of service which I got from Boutique. The staff were amazing and were genuinely happy to help me with any request I made of them. The room service food was amazing and was always hot when delivered, also the service was super fast! The room was stunning with a great view and the make up service was honestly the best I have ever had. The room was always spotless after they had visited. The pool was amazing and very close to the best beach I've ever been to and the sea was like something out of a dream, so clear and warm! Easily a 10 out of 10 rating from me. I cannot wait to go back with some friends next year. I'd just like to thank all the staff at the hotel for making our stay a stay to remember and you really did help make our stay be extra special.

Our stay there was pleasent and we had a really great time. Staffs were so friendly and super helpful. We had to check out early at 5am due to our flight and staff prepared a breakfast take out for us even though we didn't request for it. Location is nice and private beach was clean and very relaxing. Would stay there again.

Boutique Hoi An Resort offers a great beach location with an excellent free bus service into the historic and beautiful town of Hoi An with its wide selection of tailors, shops selling silks, cashmere products and handicrafts, nightly market, bars and restaurants. The resort has wonderful, friendly and efficient staff, a beautiful garden and pool, its own beach and an excellent restaurant and bar. My wife and I have stayed twice here now and loved both stays; we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. We are looking forward to our next visit to Vietnam and staying at the Boutique Hoi An again. We stayed in a boutique deluxe room, close to the beach which was quiet, well-appointed and comfortable with plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower, plenty of hot water and a separate toilet. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Great location, efficient, friendly and courteous staff; we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to the Boutique Hoi An Resort and all their staff — we will be seeing you again.

Location was good with bus to the town for free one bus every 2 hours. Has pool and a minute walk to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. The only fault would be that housekeeping not only come in the morning but in the evening after dinner when people are normally in their rooms not necessarily needed.

This a a good hotel. Service is very good but not in your face. Food is good and whilst not as cheap as local restaurants nearby, is certainly not expensive. Lovely pool and nice beach at the rear. Rooms in the rear garden blocks are excellent and also quiet, looking over the garden towards the beach and pool. Nice setting for a beach bar at the end of the lawn. Several beach bars and restaurants within 200m to the left on the beach should you fancy a walk and a change of pace.

Very nicely located resort with Nice beach. Friendly introduction and good facilities. Breakfast does not leave anything to be desired. Quite clearly here are only Western tourists, but this is of course normal. Noteworthy is when other tourists are surprised and sulkily look.

Luxurious hotel with very friendly staff and great service. The rooms are clean and modern with a huge bed. The hotel is right next to the beach which has palm umbrellas, deck chairs and is manned by staff that will hand you beach towels. There's also a well maintained pool if you don't want to get salty.

The best staff, great location, nicely decorated, generous breakfast and a 30 metre walk to the beach.

Lovely local hotel! Room is well design. Biking distance to An Bang beach (best local beach). Love the vibe here, enjoying sunbathing all day. They need to work on better drink at the beach bar. However they have very Nice attentive staffs. We have to go to the airport at 3AM, and they made us free to-go breakfast!

My wife and I recently stayed here and absolutly loved it! We stayed in a beautidul room with beach themed decor. the staff here is awesome and the owners care about the guest experience. We loved having breakfast at the beachside restaraunts, and we came for lunch and dinner here often as well! great food at Salt. nice pool and private beach chairs.

We love the receptionist! Really good service as she was explaining everything about travelling around Hoi An and the hotel to us patiently. A bit quite at night but what a pleasant stay!

Lovely clean hotel and friendly staff. Spacious rooms and free shuttle bus to Hoi An town. Only down side was from the noise from the traffic at the front of the hotel. However all rooms face the opposite way and it will only be a nuisance if you stay in the cheapest rooms.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and it wasn’t enough! This place has so much charm and the decor is beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful and make the stay so pleasant! Awesome spot away from the hustle of Hoi An but close enough that you can go in whenever you want to. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Try the Salt Pub across the street too, amazing food!

Nice place, the semi-detached places towards the beach are best, with two apartments per building. The two at the very front (the two beach front ones) are by far the best, and certainly the most expensive. This place is expensive by Viet Nam standards but reasonable by Western measures. The only thing I would say is that this isn't unbelievably close to town, but all of the beach — front places are a similar distance. A shuttle bus is offered for free in to them centre of town (whichever we only discovered tonight, on our third night here! ) But you'll need to get cabs back from town generally — which range from VND85-95k for the drive there or back — or USD3.70-$4.20. Recommended.

Little dated and close to traffic.

Nice hotel. Rooms are basic but have the essentials. The beach is beautiful. Do jump on the shuttle bus to head into Hoi an market as there are decent bits and bobs to purchase. Breakfast is decent although hot food doesn't have much for vegetarians so stuck to bread and salads. Friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful interiors, immediately felt at home and loved everything about it. Owner very welcoming and Knowledgeable with lots of tips about where to go and what to see. Breakfast at the Salt pub was excellent and on qualms about catering for Vegan. We particularly enjoyed our tour guide from Wide eyed tours (Mr Trân Dug Qiang) he went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Travis and Staff for making our stay enjoyably, we would highly recommend your heavenly hotel to anyone, once again many thanks. As we say in Irish Slàinte! KittyWhite and Carmel White. ️

Beautiful hotel with large pool and beautiful outdoor area with direct access to the beach. Very friendly service. Unfortunately, the food in the associated restaurant is rather average — therefore only four stars.

From the moment we got out of the car to the time we left, everything was amazing. Such friendly staff who made us feel at home in this immaculately presented home away from home. The room, pool and food and drinks at the Salt Pub were exceptional, not forgetting the service at the pub as well. And last but certainly not the least, the owner Travis is so down-to-earth who made sure that all their clients are looked after. Will certainly return again!

We enjoyed our 4 nights at Boutique Hoi An. Our first room did not meet our expectations and they responded to this concern fairly well and found another room for us that had a better outlook than the first, although it was smaller than the first room. The pool is a lovely relaxing space and we enjoyed a few days relaxing there. The spa was also very pretty and we had a couples 75 minute massage that we both enjoyed. On a downside the entire visit was marred by the feeling that the hotel was either drastically short staffed or more customer service training was required. It could be hard to find someone to order drinks / food at the pool bar or cocktail bar. Staff were often milling around but not acknowledging us, so maybe it's a matter of attentiveness. Overall, its a beautiful spot in a lovely part of Vietnam.

I cannot tell how much I loved this hotel. Nice food, nice location, nice pravite beach to watching sundown, realxing and healing, nice room with balcony. I wish I could go again by myself in the next time. I stayed with my sister. I would love to bring my parents. But I think it's perfect place for being me with nature around. Love it!

A welcoming tranquil resort easily accessible to Hoi An via a free shuttle. The resort is well planned with tropical gardens and a large pool. The beach is clean and the ocean is excellent for swimming … especially in the early morning. Not so good for snorkeling here as there are very few fish in evidence. The breakfast is varied and the food service is of a high standard. The staff are hard working and friendly in every area … most are very proficient in speaking English. Our premium room was large and clean with a comfortable bed and very good air conditioning.

Hotel room was nice staff nice but there was a major problem because of lack of lifts too many stairs. We were near the pool which was great but as I have a problem with my leg and hip climbing the stairs at the front entrance and down to where our room was caused difficulties. The room needs more draws to put T shirts etc. Away. Good hotel for most people but not for disabled or parents with a pram and young children.

Fantastic location, bright rooms great breakfasts and loved the buffet feasts.

Stayed for 11 nights — it is simply stunning.
The staff is so friendly and nice. The breakfast lovely.
The hotel is so beautiful and all details has been considered and all in all everything reach a higher level.
The beach just 50 m from the hotel is very good, nice sand and warm and blue water.
I can highly recommend a stay a this hotel.

We stayed 5 days and found the service to be very good. The rooms were clean and in good order. The room service was amazingly fast, and the facilities world class. We absolutely loved our stay there and have now found a new destination and hotel for our holidays. See you next year :-)

Great little hotel and relaxing, just like I wanted it. Surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful beach and swimming pool. Friendly and smiling staff. Great facilities. Great value for quality and price!

Great location, peaceful, serene and quiet location. Great food and services on the opposite of the road to the hotel. Locals offering laundry, great authentic Vietnamese food and tours by private car plus bicycle hire. I would recommend co houng for food and laundry.

The location is excellent.

Great if you are staying at the hotel. Good breakfast with view of pool and beach in the distance. All the food is really good, but again if you are staying at the hotel awesome room service!
