This is the cleanest hotel we've had in Asia so far, customer service is also excellent! Above all, the reception was extremely friendly. There are rooms with and without windows and also with balcony, whereby I can recommend the latter 2 definitely TOP as regards price/performance TOP.

This is a great and cheap place to stay in Dalat. It is a family run business and the owners are so nice and speak such a good english. Their little girl is only 3 and speaks fluent english she is awesome. It is located in a quite area and beds are so comfy! The best we had so far in Vietnam. There is a nice rooftop where you can enjoy the view of the city or have breakfast there. In the basement there is also a pool table. There is everything you need around and they will help you to organise your stay in Dalat! I truly recommend this place. Plus, there is a lift.

Wonderful family owned small hotel in a great part of town. Owner is extremely helpful with all inquiries (best local restaurants, tours, moto rentals, etc. ) Very affordable with nice clean rooms. Highly recommended!

This stay was a great experience. A lovely couple who would do anything to help you. I arrive at 5 am on the day of my booking and the owner / manager let me in my room no problem. His wife helped me with booking my return flight home. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was as comfortable a bed as I have ever had in a hotel room. 5 Stars!

Family who runs this place is lovely. They are nice and helpful and try everything in order to make you feel comfortable. They even invited us for dinner (it's a pitty we couldn't make it). Thank you for everything! Room was good, spacious and clean. Mattress was superb, I slept like a baby there! Location was also good, in a quite area but walking distance to main places.

The best hotel we had in Vietnam! make yourself a favour and stay at this place. The owners are fantastic. We had a room with a window and a balcony for an amazing price. Bed was very confortable!

The family that owns this hotel is amazing. My girlfriend injured herself and Tien accompanied us to the clinic for translation purposes. They also invited us to dinner for an amazing meal. Never have we met such great staff in a hotel. The hotel itself is rated 1 star but do not let that fool you. The rooms are clean and cozy, especially the balcony rooms! Beds are the most comfy we've experienced. There is hot water. Everything you need. Do yourself a favor and stay here for as many days as you can!

Good location, close to the Centre and the market, but in a quiet street and there is constant noise. Beautiful views. Very friendly owners, help on all matters well. There is a delicious cheap cafes and sandwiches.
