Stayed here twice pre and post motorbike tour. Great location, clean rooms, super friendly staff, and a good restaurant for breakfast.

I have do a massage here. The experience is totally bad. We have already asked for the price before we go in. 770k per one for 90mins full body massage include the tax and service charge. When the massager brought us to the room, it actually not a room, only use the curtain to separate the bed. I can clearly saw the ass of men who doing massage on the next bed. When I lay down, I heard the sound of opening the curtains, not only one time. I was doubt there were people keep going in and out. After one hour, they hold me the massage is finish. As I have asked for 90mins in the beginning, it should have 30 mins left. But we won’t stayed here anymore, so we got up and wore our clothes. But the massager still stayed here and asked for tips even we still not put on our clothes. If it is worth to pay, I will pay the tips without asking. But the massage strength is not hard enough. Even we finish the massage, we didn’t feel relax. So we totally not recommend to go.

Great hotel with really friendly staff. Were able to get me in with an earlier check-in time as it was off peak and the staff were very helpful with my queries. The location is great in the old quarter and within walking distance to main tourist spots.

Stayed for 5days. And it was awesome and clean, with cool staffs. Glad to meet CHARLIE, a very generous and hospitable guy who's working in this hotel. Can't wait to get back there. Hope to see you soon again.

Boutique hotel in prime location with super elegant amenities, great breakfast (included) and outstanding customer service. You will not be disappointed. Loved it!

Breakfast has good variety, room service was delicious and really affordable, staff were very warm and receptive to our questions and room was overall well furnished and clean.

This hotel does not deserve the 4.5 rating. More like 3 star hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent. The room was very basic, and the breakfast poor. Yet, I would recommend it if you want a good location to explore beautiful Istanbul.

I spent 1 nite, arrived late and left early in the morning to get a flight. However, I was well welcomed, the room was quiet even if the hotel is downtown. In the morning, I used the hotel taxi service to the airport. I will certainly come back next time I visit Hanoi.

Quite a nice spot to stay in Hanoi. Breakfast was a bit better than the previous hotel we stayed at before our trip to Ha Long Bay. Great location and service was quite good.

Good quality hotel, good customer service for the price.

Great staff, good service. Front desk staff are friendly, also they can speak English which makes the communication lot more easier. Rooms are big enough, free drinks and fruits are provided when we check in. Reasonable price, good location, fine place to stay in. BTW, city map can be asked in front desk, staff will explain to u each sight spots in the city.

Good hotel, convenient location, not very onovnyh of trading places, next to ûvlirnom magozine you can change money at the rate of horošomu and also not far away there is a lake where you can spend your time, and there are many places where you can have a meal at reasonable prices, shorter place Super.

This place is great Silently, clean, good service, good price If when visit in hanoi before reservation. Tired of you will be resolved.
