Nice property with good location and service in center of Hanoi Vietnam.

Think twice is you want to stay in their standard room as only with FAKE WINDOW! Front desk stuffs also really unhelpful One of the worst hotel I ever stay in the world! … Feel free to contact me if need any more information!

Well located, helpful staff, good food and a most enjoyable rooftop bar, Eddy was an exceptional waiter.

Hotel is nice. Modern design and high quality furniture and facility. However there was unknown smoke and burning smell during our stay. It seems from bulb or electric line, the smoke came from the A/C in our room and when we tried to ran away, we also saw it in the corridor. Though it was luckily not fire incident, the staff dealt with it passively and didn’t want to offer another room, and rather than just trying to see if we would argue again.

Great hotel. Friendly employees. Got upgrade for a quieter room. Great location. The lilys flower on reception floors added a great touch to it.

Great location, but it seems that they were doing some renovations while I was there, so it could get a bit noisy at times. Staff were very friendly, accommodation and gave great food recommendations.

Really good design and have their own hotel style. Mix between Europe style and little bit Asian style. The price is average market price with the size and how luxury each room is.

Good boutique hotel. Staff are friendly and try hard to please. Hardware is good but just a step below top notch. Chinese-Vietnamese (? ) restaurant in the basement is utterly disappointing. That said, the location is great. Would be glad to stay there again, but still tempted to try some of the other highly-rated establishments in the neighborhood.

Hotel staff is very nice. Room looks exactly like the photos on the website. However the noise isolation is very bad, we can hear all the noises on the street although we're on the 4th floor and even the chattering from the outside corridor at midnight, hence they provided earplugs. Therefore if you valued your sleep quality it would not be recommended.

Nice hidden boutique hotel. Very well furnished, spacious, has toiletries, slippers, bath robes, safe. Breakfast spread was decent but you can request pho from the kitchen. Walking distance to the historical area and lake. Only complaint is the construction right across the street, super noisy and woke me at 4am. That said, I would stay again and pray the construction has been completed!

Thank you for the room upgrade. We are totally in love with the hotel. The location, ambience, product and service were amazing! Staff were very professional and personal from the moment we booked the room until the day we stay and check out. A true display Asian hospitality. Highly recommended place to stay in Hanoi!

Great place to stay and located in a very convenient location. Comfortable, modern and not too cramped. The staff was very friendly! Compared to the other hotel in Hanoi I stayed in during our trip this one definitely comes out on top!

Very cosy modern hotel. Rooms are nice, but unfortunately there was a construction site besides the hotel. But, as a compensation, they provided us with discounted laundry and complimentary drinks. Score! There's a very good dim sum restaurant at the ground floor. Breakfast was quite good and the phô bo was some of the best we had. Also, exchange rate at the hotel counter was a lot better than on the steet.

Friendly staff always welcoming and ready to assist, clean and spacious room and good breakfast but little choice for Muslim visitors. Otherwise good value for money.

The good: Stayed at 3 different hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter area and this was definitely the top of the 3. The hotel was clean, modern, seems new, and rooms were big too. Inside our rooms we totally felt like we were in a 5* hotel. Most hotels in Hanoi were more like family run motels. We were offered free breakfast due to the construction going on nearby, 10/10 for such customer service! The bad: Price of this hotel is on the higher end compared to the many hotels in Hanoi. There are many decent hotels at half the price of this hotel. But we still think it’s worth the price, especially compared to hotels by international standards.

Spanking new hotel with tastefully done up interior, centrally located and run by one of the most courteous batch of staff that I've experienced. This is definitely one of the most memorable hotel stays that I have had in recent years.
