Simple clean good air conditioner great location nice staff.

The location made exploring easy, a short walking distance to town, the lake and bridge, the night markets and plenty of nice restaurants and bars. The staff were really friendly and accommodating from the moment we set foot in the hotel.

The check in was very comfortable, nice and friendly. We were able to check in earlyer as expected and got an free upgrade of the room. The bathroom was modern and clean. Very helpful staff.

The staff go out of their way to help you, they have excellent customer service. The hotel is very comfortable, The Wi-Fi is excellent. The breakfast was very good.

Can highly recommend staying here, it's so central to everywhere (restaurants, bars etc) all staff are go over & beyond for all their customers. No problems with noise from traffic, very good choices for breakfast. Stayed here 24th April for 4 nights, have to mention Tom who was so helpful to us. If I ever get back to Hanoi here's where we'll be staying.

Nice room. Great location. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. But the staff really went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time in Hanoi. This would be my first choice hotel.

We arrived last night at 22h00 and learned that we got an upgrade to the best room in the hotel. Bargain! The room 901 was NOT what we booked at all. We were told it got refurbished recently and beside a good looking bathroom, we could not see what work has been done on the room. We booked a room with a balcony and we got a 'so called river view' instead. Not the same. The bed sheets and the the pillows were dirty, the floor and the furniture dusty. The hotel was fully booked so we could not get our original room. We took our bags and went somewhere else at 23h00.

끼엠 근처 호텔 완전 추천! I have been to Hanoi second time, the first visit was April in 2017 and had really great time so visit again. I stayed another hotel on the first visit. When my husband was searching for the hotel for the second visit, comments were so helpful. And they were so true! This hotel would be wonderful if you stay near Hoan Kiem and it is located in the center of Old city. Very convenient location to go anywhere and offers nice room conditions. All staff is so nice and friendly. I and my family stayed for 5days and 4nights and never be uncomfortable. Once I asked something, all the members in the hotel tried to help me. And also Breakfast was amazing. I could see Kiem lake, having meals ;) Nice and wonderful! Henry, I sincerely appreciate your help. Not sure you remember me and my family who stayed in 702 and changed to 802;) You are the best ever! I already miss you and Hanoi.

Nice friendly hotel nice clean rooms polite friendly staff in a busy location but not far from pubs and restaurants highly recommend to anyone.

My favorite of all of the hotels I stayed at in Vietnam! Nice location and awesome rooms with everything that we needed. The staff were super nice and gave us great recommendations! They also seemed to enjoy working there and with each other which is nice to see. Oh! Breakfast was great also!

For the price and location… very good… rooms have king size bed… Would recommend. Have informed management of the air conditioner pointing directly onto the bed. Would be better if air flow was not pointing to the bed. That is how you can get congestion.

Thanks for giving a pleasure service from all the people in HM hotel. They were always sweet and wanted to help us for having great time during stay there. Especially, Ricky who is bell boy in HM front gave us a lot of happiness helping. For them, we had a awesome travel even though it was short. If I visit here once, I'll stay again!

Superb stay. Staffs are very helpful, great location in a quiet place despite of the central location in the old quarter. Breakfast is very good, I love their chicken noodle. Highly recommend.

Our stay was in a very nice room with a small balcony. The bed was very confortable. The bathroom design and was clean. Location was great. Daily cleaning was efficient. This was one of the few hotels we stayed in Vietnam where we didn't see a single cockroach.

The buffet breakfast is excellent. The selection is not that much but enough. Guests can select from a manual. The foods are delicious. The welcome drink is amazing. The food nearby is very good especially the hot pot next to the hotel in the evening. It is within working distance from the hotel to the lake.

Fantastic stay at HM Boutique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Henry is fantastic and goes out of his way to make guests welcome. The location is perfect in the heart of the town. Close to the lake, puppet theatre and beer corner. Clean room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast room on floor 9 has a lovely view over the city. Lovely stay.

I only gave four stars because there was a lot of construction going on. Otherwise it's pretty nice. Very clean, great area with coffee right next door. Sound was a bit of a problem, not from the cacophony of the street below, but the people walking up and down stairs and right outside the door. The door doesn't quite fit the opening so there's not much soundproofing. And like I said before, the construction going on inside as well. The staff is wonderful both in lobby and restaurant.

Good facilities and perfect location near Old Town and Nightmarket.

“Clean and friendly” We stayed here as part of a holiday package, therefore were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant served lovely food with a view to match over the busy and energetic Hanoi. Our room was clean and tidy, we would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, attentive staff, clean comfy rooms, priced well. Location is very convenient in the old quarter about a block from the nw end of Hoan Kiem lake. Our group only had breakfast during our stay and found it okay. The views from the restaurant are very nice.

We stayed at the HM as part of our 'Go Asia' tour. The hotel was in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful (thanks Henry), the breakfast was lovely and the rooms clean. What more do you need? Especially for a three star hotel.

This was my 1st stop in Vietnam and can't say how wonderful this place is! The location is excellent in the Old Quarters right by Hoan Kiem Lake. The service was great and my room was clean and very comfortable, which is exactly what I was looking for after a very long flight! This hotel is very good value and Henry was awesome in assisting me with all my needs via email before my arrival. Breakfast is included and gives you western or Asian options and they accommodated my vegetarian needs! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the Old Quarters!

Decent sized room, AC works well, water was hot with good pressure. No major complaints regarding the room. The staff helped us book a cooking class, Ha Long bay cruise, and pointed us to a great massage place around the corner. Very helpful. However, the Wi-Fi was spotty when you used it at the desk. The access points are too far away from the rooms, so it's hard to get a solid connection.
