Nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Clean room and a nice breakfast spread daily. Its within 5 minutes walking distance to the water puppet theatre as well.

We were there three nights. The staff is unreasonably helpful. The location is nearly perfect. The Air conditioner was strong. Breakfasts satisfactory. Cleanliness not absolutely perfect, but quite good nonetheless. For the price, 100% satisfied.

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff, good deco room!

Lovely team of hardworking people who really care about you and your stay. I ended up at the Bella Rosa Hotel in Hanoi for many many weeks, it's clean and relatively modern hotel, plenty of room for one guy, in a great location. It's not a fancy grande hotel, but does give excellent value for your $ and a comfortable place to call home, located right between Old Town and Hoan Kiem Lake. Thanks to all the fantastic people at Bella Rosa Hotel!

Highly recommend We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bella Rosa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent food. Our rooms were great. Beds comfortable. Great location near lake. They have two hotels right near each other. We stayed at one before we went on a Cruise in Halong bay. Staff (especially Maggie) were so helpful… kept our main luggage there whilst we were on the cruise and it was waiting for us in our new beautiful room overlooking the lake would definitely stay there again ❤

Excellent hotel where to spend a few nights in Hanoi. Right in the Old Quarter within 100m from the lake. The room was comfy, staff is the nicest I've found in Vietnam and breakfast is top quality and varied. Not to forget they welcome guests with a delicious juice and some fruit.

This is a great little hotel and right in the heart of everything in Hanoi. Staff are excellent and friendly always willing to help. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt and many cooked dishes (especially liked the banana pancakes made to order). I can highly recommend Anna and the team at Bella Rosa.

May be not 4 star in room quality, but location and friendliness of staff definitively makes up for that. Centrally located in Old Town. Highly recommended!

Comfiest bed. They waited until 5am to check me in, even if they were unimpressed, I did warn them anyhow. It was a great location, it was only for one night but it was amazing, TV shower and nice view of the Lake!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Great location! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They helped with everything from making reservations at restaurants to booking shuttles/buses for us. Our room was very spacious and clean. Their laundry service was excellent. They even let us store our bags here after check out so we could explore the city more on our last day before our flight. Such a fair price for what you receive. We had a wonderful stay here!

Thank you HBR Hotel, I went Hanoi for business, but I still had some day-off-work, everything is excellent in this hotel, comfortable bed, yummy breakfast, and they oganized for me a wonderful tour to Halong bay. High speed Wi-Fi connection (that not so many hotel in Hanoi have that). And the staff are terrific! I shall come back here as the most familliar place.

Bella Rosa Hotel is a small Boutique Hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi, just 100 m from Hoan Kiem lake and only in 2016 will be opened. It was a typical Vietnamese house, narrow and high. Therefore, there are only 2 rooms per floor; the front overlooking the street, the rear in a courtyard. The front room has fallen to us, in spite of some audible traffic noise better (we have stayed there twice). The rooms are relatively large and modern; the beds were (beautiful) soft. Everything was clean, the Service perfectly fine. On the roof of the Breakfast terrace with a great view over the roofs of the surroundings of the lake. The Breakfast was top! And the staff totally friendly and helpful.

Very clean place in great location — in heart of the city centre. Some people can find this hotel a little bit too noise with the outside traffic and market just in the doorstep. Good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.

I loved our stay here! The location in the old quarter is awesome. Even though this region is quite busy the rooms are pretty quiet. The staff is extremely helpful and can book tours for you as well. They booked us on a cruise ship in Ha Long and everything went perfect.
