My family and I have just had a great experience at Apricot Hotel. The hotel has a prime location right opposite Sword Lake, so it is very convenient for tourists to visit and experience the cuisine of Hanoi capital. Attentive customer service, staff from security guard to receptionist are very gentle and hospitable. The hotel space is luxurious, quiet and especially very clean. My family and I will definitely be back here at the latest date.

Worst service ever, the bell boy always absent at the main door during daytime, especially the security team are very rude sometime with the customer when they had question. Been working a few days as a security guard and the headchief of security team Vinh was very arrogant and rude.

Great hotel in the best location in Hanoi. Pool could be better exposed to the sun… as it was 5 years ago.

I am a frequent traveler to Hanoi and I usually stay in 5-star hotels. The Apricot Hotel is undoubtedly the best. Staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the rooms are very comfortable.
Importantly for me, the hotel is decorated with original artwork from very talented Vietnamese artists. Every wall, floor, and room is decorated with original art. It is a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent area of Hanoi. Walking distance to nice shops, restaurants, church and theater. Their staff is really friendly and very accommodating and always smiling. Food is great and lots of choices. Highly recommended and will be definitely staying here at this Hanoi hotel. 5 stars all the way.

Room service menu, rice noodle was very delicious. And the lobby bar menu is also good. (you can listen to piano music at night in the lobby) Room condition, gym and swimming pool are not bad.

WE GOT STOLEN!
We have had the worst experience ever. My boyfriend and I are travelling for 5 months and has never happen to us. The beginning was terrible, they were not friendly, they charged us a full room for spending a couple of hours (urly check in) and then wanted an extra 40 usd for breakfast, the bartender was shocking rude but the worse was that after sending our training shoes to laundry they never came back… they stole our shoes! They lied about me not sending them in and now we have no shoes to continue, we have to buy a new pair and this is a major problem because I have an immune disease and need special shoes for my feet and my boyfriend has a big foot and cannot find sizes in asia. Be careful! They steal! No refund, no answer and no smiles or apologizes … the worst of Hanoi!

Ideal place for leisure and business at strategic location famous tourist hot spot. Recommended walking distance to old quarter and lake hoan Khim.

We booked this hotel VERY LAST MINUTE! It was an amazing hotel. The staff were fantastic and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location. Great bed, shower, hotel the lot. You can't go wrong by staying here.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Hanois. From here, everything is within walking distance. The lobby is beautiful and people are all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. It's very special when you get in from the noisy streets. A special contrast. The rooms are nice and very clean. The style has to please you, because it is something special and the carpets are a little weird but that's all a thing of the way to know. On the floor there is a small bar and a pool. I can recommend the hotel any time of any time.

I have been many times in this hotel and I enjoyed all of them. It’s a very safe, clean, elegant hotel. It’s not cheap but it’s worth every bit of the bill. Really good if you can get the room with lake sights but even other rooms are really cozy.

Loved this hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel staff were extraordinary, going above and beyond with every request we had. Great location as well. Delicious breakfast. Spectacular roof top pool. Would highly recommend!

Nice hotel in great central location.

Would highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a little bit of luxury on their trip to Hanoi! Firstly the location is amazing, right on the lake, great to walk around with nice scenery and lots of food and drink options nearby. The drinks at this hotel are great and they know how to make them properly! The mojito I had on the rooftop bar was the best I’ve had my whole trip. Yes it’s maybe $2 more expensive than other bars but well worth it. … The upstairs pool and bar area is lovely although we didn’t get to swim because it was winter and the pool was freezing but we did use the sauna which was great. If only they had a heated pool also I would be so happy. The staff were all really lovely and even helped organise a cake for my partners 30th Birthday. The rooms is nice and big. Bed is soooo comfortable and pillows like a cloud. Bathroom is lovely and the big shower head is awesome. I would travel back to Hanoi just to stay in this hotel again!

It’s situated in the Old Quarter, while away from the craziness and sound pollution. It’s nice to come back to a peaceful hotel with beautiful interior, after a long day in the chaotic center of Hanoi. We stayed in the standard queen bed suite, which did not have any windows in the bedroom, and the windows in living room were frosted facing a white wall. So don’t expect a view or windows if you’re in those rooms. However it felt clean and comfortable.

You could not ask for nicer people. The staff are fabulous and the hotel is top drawer. Location, location, location this is where you want to be.

Just wonderful the service is fantastic staff are so lovely welcoming polite and friendly. I would recommend for the brilliant service great staff and the location you couldn't get any better. Its a 5 star hotel and it shows it stands out from others in Hanoi.

Was sold a city view canvas room and got a view of a wall, roof and some air con units. Lodged complaint and only got told that this is a city view, they offered an alternative room but that didn't have a bathtub which we wanted. They then showed me a room that had a bathtub and a view but that they wanted me to pay extra for! So despite lying about the view the duty manager was unable to authorise any solution. At another hotel we'd have been offered a better room right away or given some credit at the bar or restaurant as way of apology. Hardly the behaviour of a 5* hotel. Edit. Tried to go for a early morning swim, pool opens at 6 and we went at 7:30. We were not offered a towel, had to ask, then could not go in the pool because a staff member insisted on watering the plants with his hose across and through the pool despite the fact he could clearly see we were waiting.

Beautiful restaurant convenience chairs and a clean ambience. Very friendly and polite staff, they really help with any emergency situation.

Stayed here in January. I reserved the room with the kitchenette. Very large room and amazing bathroom with sliding doors. I was very impressed by the room. The lobby is killer though, we were met with drinks when checking in. Love the service, would recommend!

Breakfast is really the best I had, very opulent hotel, great stuff. The air in the room is bad however — no air to breath.

Cozy 5stars hotel. Staying in central of Hanoi, can enjoy sight seeing and many local foods for travellers.

Stunning hotel … in a perfect part of this great city. Love the roof top pool … a little oasis to come home to after being out on the busy humid streets… The real thing that absolutely excels at this hotel is the staff. They really go that extra mile when it comes to service… Rooms are Soooooo comfortable… I had room top floor on side of building … no great view but very quiet… away from elevators and so very little passing parade. Bathroom to die for. So spacious and all marble (not the ceiling) … Great air-con and a breakfast that you always want to go back for more. 10/10 Apricot Hotel

Just magnificent! The details and the feel and the furnishings are outrageously beautiful and classic and very European. I feel like I'm living in a Palace in modern (present-version) Renaissance.

The hotel just opened in April this year. The hotel is filled with Art feel, staffs are all very friendly and can communicate well with English. Room are roominess and clean. I love the towel which smell flower flavour. The breakfast is super especially the beef noodle, the Chinese Dimsum is unexpected good. Some facilities are still under minor construction like the pool. I strongly recommend this hotel for business or family.
