Cliff Resort is not a 4 star but they accommodate better than 5 stars. Amenities are superb. Excellent staff. Rooms are better than the pictures. Paid an excellent service and cleanliness. Visiting Muine again will not think where to book. Recommended especially to family.

Good service, enthusiastic friendly staff,. The sea view room is large and beautiful, the food is very good, the breakfast buffet serves a lot of dishes, the most dishes among the resorts I have stayed in.

Spacious room with nice sea view, good food and beautiful view at the Vista, a lot of activities for children, great swimming pool, check-in and check-out are fast, all staffs are friendly and helpfull. Highly recommded.

The view from the room is very great, I can see the beautiful beach. The service is great too, the people wroking here is so kindly. By the way, the bad thing is too far from the city, it has been 10km away.

Awesome resort. Very nice staffs. Large swimming pool. Beautiful room and comfortable beds. We book Terra-Ocean-View-2-Bedrooms rooms 523 & 524 with nice view of the ocean. Will visit again.

Good hotel, the jacuzzi water is not clean, the buffet is good but is the same everyday.

I'm booking a private villas in 2 bedroom. Nice facilities at hotel. Very politely staff. Clean environment at whole hotel area. Hotel still looks news, nothing much run down as up to date of my post. Clean beach. Have to get a rental motor bike to tour around and get food, not walking distance to restaurant or any convenient stall. But there is a bar and restaurant at hotel. Is costly than outside of course. Pool not so clean. I bought an ice cream from the convenient stall in hotel, but end up the ice cream kinda like expired. Overall is a very nice place for short trip relax. I would come back again.

Come here with my family (5 people total), we booked Premium Suite, it is so great and we have nothing to complain, the room is big with full of conveniences (pictures included). I would call this resort international quality, so everything you see is professional, of course it will come with a price, but for me it is not too expensive. Furthermore, the beach is quite clean and big, we came here before summer so there were not many people. Highly recommend for everyone!

Very nice hotel… good food… Nice Spa and beautiful beach.

We stayed in the Cliff resort from 04-02-18 to 04-07-18. Since we first checked in, we were impressed by the friendly and professional of theirs staff members.
We got helped by Paris, the help desk representative who got us an early check in since we took the early train. She even went beyond her duties by assisting us to get the return train tickets to Saigon.
Other staffs members working in the resort Vista restaurant were also very helpful, friendly and provided us an fami…ly atmosphere named here a few: Qua Lu Thuan Hiep, Pham Tho, Thảo. Lastly, the only thing you least expected during your vacation is getting sick. I did not feeling well and needed medication that we forgot in the hotel in Saigon. The resort even has their own nurse on site! Nurse Lien checked on me and provided with medicine to help relieve my sickness. Pro:

Buffet breakfast is excellent offering variety of Vietnamese, European style foods
— Beach is clean and quiet.
— Swimming pool is so big and even has floating bar. Con:
— Location is a little bit far from central places like markets, seafood restaurants but you can take a taxi in front of the resort for a decent cost.
— Dining is a little bit pricey but you get an ocean view, great service and live music.

Wonderful Resort And even you have no Room there you have the Chance to swim in the Pool And that is the best in Mui Ne You only need to ask at the Reception Pay the small Money and feel fantastic Enjoy.

A very nice place to stay away from the "Russian town" of Muine. Peaceful, quiet and very friendly staff. Take the ocean bungalow — superb!

We both Terra 2 bedrooms for our family and it was great. My parents thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi. This is my second time at the resort and I did not regret for comming back, noticing that service has been improved. Small kitchen area is so convenient for those who travel with kids like we do.

Great experience. For CHF 100. — per day, luxury and calm. Staff friendly, breakfast hearty 2 steps from the road that leads to MUI ne or you will find all the shops and restaurants possible.

STAY AWAY! After eating dinner at the hotel's restaurant my husband got the worst food poisoning of his life! The infection was so severe and he was in so much pain we had to spent a whole night at a local clinic under a doctor's inspection and receive medication to take for the next week! You can only imagine how "luxurious" that was. Not the way we thought we'd enjoy a five star hotel meal on our honeymoon… unbelievable. The compensation they offered (one night free) can hardly make up for the damage and suffering they caused. We definitely do not recommend, and will never return to this hotel!

We had a pleasant stay in The Cliff. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortably equipped. Service is professional. There is great pool with nice bar and a private beach as well. The gym is the only thing that needs improvement.

So lovely resort, nice and clean room. Cinema, game room, souvenirs clothes store. Spa and massage place… and of course the swimming pools are just amazing. But the most important thing which makes this resort is better than others and worth to come back is about their services, everyone from door man to life guard, from waiter, waitress to driver… they're all nice and helpful, always with lovely smiles. Definitely come back and highly recommend for your vacation. Oh, did I mention their food, well it was great! Fresh and delicious.

Awesome in all respects. This resort marked the end of our tour of Vietnam in 2016 and it was a great way to end it. We stayed here for a week. Main points for me: 1. Excellent service, food, location all round. 2. We booked a hotel room with a lovely view over the gardens, pool and beach. We asked on the first day if we could transfer to one floor higher and this request was accommodated without any hassle or charge. It just gave us an even better view (see photos — I uploaded quite a few). 3. The beach is amazing. It's a semi-private beach for the hotel and there was usually only a handful of people on it. The surf might sometimes be too choppy for some for swimming but I love big surf, so no problems and there is always the pool. 4. The pool is large and clean and there were always spare sun beds. 5. It's in a good location for excursions. The Phan Thiet fish market is a great experience of a real fishing town. Get there at around 7am to see the catch being brought in, bought and sold. White Sands and Red Sands (The Fairy Stream) are great excursions, assuming you're mobile.

This has one of the best secluded, private beaches in Phan Thiet. It has a nice sized infinity pool. The breakfast buffet is good. If you have an ocean view room, be sure to get a room on the tallest floor. That staff is incredible nice. The elevator can act weird at times.

Very nice and quiet Resort, the rooms are fine, Breakfast, from 7-10 p. M. Has a great selection and with beautiful views of the sea, the swimming pool is very large, even with a small Bar in the water. The sea is very easy to reach and has ample Sunbeds and towels. Overall a very great Hotel with a relaxing stay very worthwhile! 5 star!
