Hotel Miranda Cumberland

Guest opinions regarding the staff are mixed. Some visitors describe the service as high-quality, exceptional, and very friendly, giving special mention to Jessica and Mr. Gerardo. At the same time, other guests report a near-total absence of staff at the hotel.

Reviews regarding breakfast are generally negative. One guest described it as "child-sized," noting extremely small portions: one small arepa, one egg, and just 5 grams of cheese.

Reviews mention the availability of Wi-Fi, and one guest confirmed that the internet was functional. However, another visitor rated the quality of the internet connection as very poor.

The condition of the rooms receives mixed feedback. On one hand, guests note that the rooms are nice and pleasant. On the other hand, the hotel is described as dated, dusty, and reminiscent of a "trip back to the 90s," with carpeting in all rooms and a noticeable stale odor. Some guests feel that the property is in urgent need of modernization.

Cleanliness at the hotel receives significant complaints. Guests report dust in the rooms, a musty odor, and an overall sense of untidiness. While some restrooms are noted to be clean, the public restrooms in the pool area are described as extremely neglected, dark, and dirty, comparable to public market facilities.

Guests have experienced plumbing issues. In some cases, it was noted that there was barely any water flow in the bathroom, and the shower water was cold.

The swimming pool is a subject of debate. Some guests are satisfied with the water's chemical treatment and the poolside staff's service. Others, however, claim that the water was dirty, green, or brown. It was also noted that the pool floor lacks tiling in some areas, exposing bare concrete, and guests feel that the pool operating hours are too limited.
