Great hostel,, great people. Awesome food, outstanding service. I travel a lot and have never seen such a hospitable people. Especially I want to talk about the Spa. Therapist Olga was the best I ever met. I went to see her twice during my short stay. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during massage!
She is highly professional and kind! Strongly recommend to try.
I will definitely come back and tell my my friends about this smalll heaven in Tashkent.

We had an amazing lunch at the Italian rooftop restaurant & bar in between flights. Fish and melanzane were delicious. As well as the sautéed mushrooms and the wedges. Very nice ginger tea. We got a complementary raspberry dessert from our very professional and attentive waiter (think his name was Rusal). Definitely recommended!

Didn't stay there: spent two days on a conference. Coffee at the lobby bar definitely can improve. Otherwise, a usually clean and pleasant Hyatt.

I myself worked here this year (2018) as an officiant (and I regret writing this review very late) ; there "officiants" would polish washed utensils (plates, spoons, etc) with dirty white rugs which they would keep in a movable container usually filled with dirty laundry and service a variety of foods and drinks in them (i. E. Those utensils) to guests! (I was surprised then! ), so do not come here; secondly, most of the so-called "officiants" are students of lyceums or colleges etc and they are rude between themselves and embarrasses girl 'officiants' among themselves, in addition they are very greedy and consumes foods and drinks of the hotel; due to their rudeness and arrogance some of the hotel devices should be renewed, for instance, they carelessly and damagingly handle elevators from the german company "Thyssenkrupp" (which are very valuable) and other devices and appliances of the hotel; flours, walls and the ambits of electrical sockets need repairing, etc you can yourself notice it in a guest rooms, the ballroom… The "manager" of the "officiants", Igor Trubachev is also rude and arrogant and likes to utter dirty-filthy words. THEY ARE DAMAGING THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL AND LIKE LYING TO GUESTS! (by hiding their actions such as the way they polish utensils and etc). Why is the hotelier so uncommitted about this hotel?!

Lovely hotel, great service)

One of the best place to stay in Tashkent. Location, rooms, facilities, food and staff are remarkable. Well designed, modern equipped rooms with modern bathrooms, gym, spa, Italian restaurant, great views and last but not least, great conference facilities. It may be pricey, but worth for the quality of services offered. Highly recommend for business trips especially.

A pretty nice restaurant. Excellent view of Tashkent from the terrace. The food is good, but rather expensive for Tashkent. The service is very friendly, but somewhat inexperienced. Our waiter was very nice, but brought me the wrong meal, then brought my wife's desert (creme' brulee) without the essential glaze. Otherwise, a very nice dinner.

The best hotel in Tashkent. It's new Not so spacious but very comfortable and clean room. Better than expect to Hyatt Regency Brand. But quite expensive.

Very nice hotel. Classical luxury business minded. Target expensive but I like with what you would expect in this country. Personnel is very helpful, aware and kind. Main languages are spoken. International breakfast and local food available. Professional and big fitness center. Yup class spa and not so expensive. All in all a very pleasant stay. BTW they accept credit cards, which is not that obvious in the country yet.

Nice modern hotel. On a very sophisticated and capricious Puteshestvinika 4 breakfast in the morning-buffet. A wide range of dishes. The staff is polite and helpful. The Wi-Fi was very bad. Practically does not work.

Great location. It was built about two years ago. Everything is new, clean. Nice quiet color scheme. The room has everything you need, comfortable cabinets. I also liked the presence of a working place. The Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, but overall it's OK. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. I am a vegetarian and had quite a variety of dishes that came up to me. The hotel is on the level of good European hotels.

I'm complaining about the Sette Pizza Bar on the 7th floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. To begin with, my wife and I were going to celebrate the 14th anniversary of a prosperous family life and entrusted this event to this place, thinking that on such an important date here we will do everything perfectly.
September 26 came to see the menu and book a place on September 27. Everyone agreed, booked a romantic place away from the eyes and with a good view of the city. After writing his name to the magazine, took the phone number and left. The next day, September 27, I called and clarified that my reservation is in effect and I will be exactly in time (8:30 pm) as agreed. In the evening, at 8:00 I come and I am not allowed by car to the hotel, they say that I need to leave the car in the outdoor parking lot, although I specified when I came to book a table that you can stop with the car. Okay, the car's left in the street and walk a kilometre to this place. As a result, we come, and there on our table already sits company and by appearance they did not come a long time ago, and I show another place, as if I ordered another table, which does not fit not for a romantic dinner, but rather for a quick snack of gum. After numerous apologies, and promises of dessert (bribery), I still left without the mood.
I am not very happy with the professionalism of the staff of such a prestigious institution.
