Do not stay at this hotel. Worst customer service ever! This hotel does not take responsibility for their booking. I booked for 6 twin rooms and the hotel front desk called manager and said they would give me better deal so I made all the payments for my next stay as well. When I arrived at my other dates at 11:30pm the hotel front desk told me that he doesnt see my other review and were useless on helping me. The taxi driver were more helpful on finding rooms for the hotel. We went to other hotel and found that there was only 1 twin rooms 3double rooms 2 single rooms. The hotel rooms smelled like sigarette (art palace) and so I called the manager to give me full refund and take care of the other payments. The hotel manager claimed that it was front desk agents mistake and didn't even apologize. Also he claimed that he will not give refund for my stay. I talked about the issue with the hotel manager at the other hotel and he agreed that the hotel was very rude and bad customer service. If I had negative stars I would give negative stars. 이 호텔에서 자지 마세요. 호텔 너무 안좋아요. 또한 문제가 있어도 매니저가 책임안지고 직원이 문제 이르켰다고하고 아무런 보상도 안해주는 나쁜 호텔이에요. 참고로 저희는 방을 6개 트원룸을 예약했는데 호텔 매니저는 직원이 실수로 예약을 제대로 안했다며 책임전가하기 바빴고 아무런 책임도 지지 않았습니다. 이 호텔은 시설도 열약하고 손님을 대하는 태도가 나빠요. 이 호텔에서 지내시는걸 강역히 비추합니다. 방을 여러개 예약해도 손님대하는게 안좋은데 방을 예약 한두개하면 얼마나 더 안좋겠어요. 여기 지내는걸 강역히 비추.
