Worst management ever. Rude service from managers too. Very old rooms and bathroom amenities, no hot water when u need, the breskfast spread is not 4 star either, nothing in this hotel is 4 star, no one to help in banquet.
Dissapointed to say the least, fell for the false ratings.
A well located hotel near the historic centre of Bukhara, with big rooms, new furniture and nice decorations. It is clean, has a beautiful pool and other well kept facilities. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, this hotel is suitable for a few days in the best sight of Uzbekistan.

Cool, clean hotel.
But decent breakfast, and there were leakage issue. (I didn't spill the water outside the bath, but there was a complaint of leakage from downstairs. )
And too many bird were drinking waters from the out-side pool. It's risky (vulnerable) for Meningococcal infection from the wild birds.
