Excellent choice of lodging.

Excellent service in general.

Being silver elite I had a complimentary upgrade. All very well. The only thing that would improve is the Club Lounge. Very small, hot and little variety. The rest very good!

Excellent and extremely professional and friendly service. No updated infrastructure, poor breakfast buffet, food and beverages at the club Lounge poor also, here again the service somehow offset the hotel deficiency.

Good hotel. Executive. It is a real 4 star service. The sea view rooms have an excellent view of the bay. The ones that look at the mall are not so cute, the shopping obstructs the view.

I am pretty much used to the Sheraton brand and I must say I just never get disappointed by any of their hotels. As I travel extensively, whenever I can I choose the Sheraton and I stayed noticing their service becomes more and more unified all over the world. The same structure they have in the Middle East, they sort of have as well in Argentina or Montevideo. Most important they are ready to receive very demanding clients and everybody can communicate in more than language. It might be more expensive than other places, but if you stayed in a Sheraton once and liked, most certainly you will enjoy the next time again at the Sheraton somewhere else. My choice was not even based on the fact they have Punta Carretas at their feet, so to speak, but in terms of an excellence I have been getting used to during the years. It’s a great business center, a very nice spa and excellent level of security, which these days counts a lot. Even in moments of many people flowing for breakfast of other venues, there is a place for all. The internet is secure, which many hotels in Montevideo don’t offer and I guess my money is being well spent. When I will finish with my work in Montevideo I am heading back to Europe, but a country other than where I live and again am booking the Sheraton. Hotels are not only about expectations, but about the efficiency of those people running them and the brand Sheraton is something I can definitely rely upon. Keep up with the good work!

I went Shopping and the attention is great. They also treat foreigners great. Not all of them, but most of them.

Several promotions, a good deal of options and square meals wide. Commercial place where once was the prison of Punta Folders. Has complex with several cinemas. Accessible parking, both open as closed.

A beautiful place, it is worth highlighting the attention of the staff, the boys in counseling of the shift of 8am to 16hs a few geniuses, always kind and willing! Maybe missing some details, but nothing that bothers much, I would definitely. The breakfast very varied.

To be the Sheraton, it's not up to par. The rooms are somewhat old, smelling like a pipe from the bathroom. The cleanliness is better. Breakfast is OK although it doesn't have a great deal. The location and the gym are very good.

The breakfast offering is pretty large but not one thing is of any quality and I struggled to find a single thing that was edible.

The customer service is excellent and the facilities where great.

Very good service, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and very attentive and friendly staff. The downside is that the kids can't be in the pool without adult accompaniment, and the breakfast is poor, with no pastry, and sometimes they don't reach the tables and you have to wait or have breakfast in the entrance hall.

Modern multi-storey hotel with beautiful views of the Rio de la Plata from any place since it is located in the neighborhood of Punta Cartas and as the word says is a tip overlooking the Golf Club of Montevideo Costa del Río de la Plata, Playa Ramirez Amusement park rolled Parque Hotel now headquarters of Mercosur and far away Puerto and Rambla Hermosa with the Cerro de Montevideo in the background with a large bay. This is to the west to the South this the view is of the lighthouse of Punta Cartas Playa de los Pocitos.

Excellent front desk and restaurant staff… let's go to the fitness center… extremely unsanitary had some machines that the seats were not wiped down still had sweat marks from the night before" I saw the same maris on the same seat the night before. " I unfortunately forgot my headsets at home and asked for a pair… obviously used… I went to use this pair and the pair had earwax on the inside of on of the earbuds… fast forward to today went to the gym tirnrd on my music from my cellular and had no problems until about 30 minutes later when 1 old guy decided to complain to the front desk at the gym and he then proceeded to crank up the volume on the television and a woman from the gym desk came to me and tried to had me those exact same headsets for me to listen to my phone… " she then said something and left when I told her those were dirty and unsafe.

Not bad, but dated. My room and the hallway smelled sort of musty and smokey even though the room was no smoking. There was construction going on, so maybe things will improve. There is a good golf course within waking distance and plenty of shopping in the attached mall.

Nice, friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. It's greatests setbacks are the gym and breakfast. The gym is really small and crammed, the machines are old and more than half of them are malfunctioning. As for the breakfast, it's really limited in its offer, the room is also quite a tight fit and the omelets that are made on the spot are terrible. The rest of the hotel has no complaints. I really recommend.

I have stayed twice at the Sheraton in the last two weeks. As always the service was very good and the people are very friendly, that is why my husband and I always chose this hotel when we are in Montevideo. I recommend the people at the Lounge on the 23 rd floor; they are extremely kind and attentive. On the other hand I would appreciate if you could add anti slip pads in the tubs because I slipped and almost hurt myself badly today. Also please change whenever possible your keyboards on your computers at the Lounge and Business center, because no foreigner can guess that you have to press 64 and another key, to obtain @ … very frustrating … Thank you to all the personnel you are great!

I've been staying at this hotel for four days. Found me the service very well. In particular, the attention of waitresses, which is nice. Good location, easy access, is interconnected with the Punta Carretas Shopping was great.

Nice hotel, very clean and close to major attractions, a block from the beach and a short drive to the golf couts. Breakfast buffet was included in my rate $245 per night. The bad thing about this hotel is the fact that you have to pay for the internet and Wi-Fi. That's a shame since most major hotel chains offer free Wi-Fi to guests. Hilton hotels includes it. I would not stay in this hotel again for that matter. This would be my last option. Buen hotel y cerca d la playa y otras atracciones. Hay un shopping center conectado al hotel. Lo malo es que este hotel no ofrece internet ni Wi-Fi gratuito a sus huespedes, algo no aceptable para una tarifa d mas de $240 x noche. Las demas cadenas si lo ofrecen gratuito como Hilton. No me quedaria en este hotel mas. Solo si fuera mi ultima opcion.

More than 10 players of the football team of EMELEC of Ecuador are intoxicated to hours of the party. I don't think that would be a good hotel don't really go to a place where they serve bad food.

I attempted to call this hotel to speak to my wife who was staying there. I called dozens of times for nearly an hour and no one answered the phone until approx. The 15th or 20th call. Each time, the phone rang 20-30 times before abruptly hanging up on me. When I finally got through and someone did their job by answering the phone, and asked to be transferred (which should take mere seconds), but instead they put me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time of more than 10 minutes before I hung up and called back. Finally I got through to my wife but it was a horrible experience. As someone who has worked at 4 star hotels and at least 5 high class hotels/resorts in the past, this is not the kind of service I expect from a company that represents itself as operating high class quality hotels. Fail.
