Excellent facilities and attention, as well as snacks. It is a magical place. Soon I will visit again. If you visit Punta del Este you can not stop going to know it.

Spectacular place, and the waffles the richest.

I love going for tea, waffles and exquisite sauces, a good book and beautiful companies, friends and family or alone. My getaways there, take me on a trip being in my dear country! The service is excellent, friendly and friendly treatment with very good atmosphere, make it one of my favorite places. Flowers are a visual spectacle and to photograph how the two hummingbirds I see every afternoon I can go.

For us, the best boutique hotel in Punta del Este. Superb staff, wonderful garden, adorable decoration. Even the tiniest detail is always planned and cared for. Lauberge permanently keeps its legendary standard.

Beautiful tranquil family run hotel 5 mins from a long sandy beach. Delicious BBQ lunch from the grill and even a very popular build your own waffle afternoon tea! Definitely recommend.

Excellent! Care of luxury!

Staff is not friendly and welcoming at all! Rooms are old, old fashioned. There was a long hair on the toilet and amenities are low quality. The whole property feels dirty and dusty and it needs a big renovation. Bed sheets are so old. No value for money! I’m expecting more comfort for 800 Eur per night! Stay away at L’Auberge. There are better places.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. In addition to cleaning and observation in detail, in addition to the spectacular architecture and décor, the food of excellent quality, the staff brindandose at all times to make the guest have a unique experience, the service makes this hotel a 5 star rating. I'm going to come back.

I've personally loved the afternoon here. Although I havent stayed in the hotel for the night I enjoyed tea time here. I tried the famous waffles made here in this belgian origins 1948 boutique hotel. It has a wonderful garden with mature trees and a elegant pool, a tudor style architecture and a 30 metre high water orange brick tower which distinguishes the building from far away and is impressive to watch close by. The staff is very charming and considerate. The waffles wich include lots of topings to chose from are delicious and of generous size. The neighbourhood in which the hotel has the characteristic of being in the residential suburbs of Punta del Este which makes it a very quiet and cozy place, you wont hear many cars go by. It's an excellent place to go and have tea, and probably to spend a couple of nights as well.

Excellent place. The service is very good. It has a very nice park. The waffles they prepare are not to be missed. The place is ideal to rest.

Secluded yet accesible, the hotel has franco swiss vibes and an incredible afternoon tea with the BEST waffles in town. Staff is nice and prices are not ridiculous like many other places in Punta Del Este. The picture shows a waffle (420 U$) and a capuchino (150 U$) the price includes VAT. Would recommend the cafe to anyone who is looking for a romantic and relaxing atmosphere.

The place is a beauty. All chosen with very good taste. The garden is very nice, careful all the details. Waffles are not to be missed. Delicious! The staff is very friendly and warm. No doubt hotel recommended in everything.

Divine Garden and outside areas. Ideal for couples. It is located in a very quiet area. You need a car or take a taxi or Uber to go to the center of Punta del Este. But it's ideal to stay there.

L Auberge is a very special place. The surroundings, the architecture and its famous waffles. Without a doubt you should not pass X tip without knowing.

Beautiful place, away from the noise of the center, bordered by forests, in a very beautiful and exclusive neighborhood with clean streets and a lot of tranquility, a place that recycles completely and offers from its old tower to the most modern services. Its gardens and its park are a delight to spend a few days of peace and surrounded by nature.

A dream hotel. The attention is impeccable, all the staff stand out for their vocation of service and cordiality.
The only suggestion: it would be nice to modernize the bathrooms a bit.

Exquisitely decorated, in a beautiful natural environment, with an excellent, unpretentious kitchen (great beef, daily catch and home-made pastas), and a friendly staff, L'Auberge is in a class by itself in beautiful Punta del Este. A little corner of paradise.

Great place to spend a day… on the coast of Uruguay. Local artisans doing their beautiful craft! Bag of wool twisted into thread and woven into blankets while you watched! Gorgeous beaches. Super family friendly.

Excellent afternoon tea. Rooms and personalized attention in a classic style. I recommend the food and the staff that is in charge of the younger ones.

Very upscale and accommodating, but their dinner menu lacks variety. The beach is the only thing that is a short walk away.

They say it's the people that make a place and in the case of Hotel L'Auberge it's simply that they're the icing on the cake. The hotel and its extensive grounds (fashioned in the style of a classic english country garden) are beautiful, as are the rooms. Every meal is served with care and attention making it very hard to pull yourself away and try somewhere else. And if that wasn't enough the helpful reception staff to the poolside waiters you will want for nothing. Enjoy — I know I will again!

Los mejores bafles para una incomparable merienda.

Just 4 days were enough to fall in love with the place. We stayed on the 7th floor of the tower, and another couple of friends in the 3°. We were treated with quality and courtesy amazing. We enjoyed almost all the services including swimming pool, jacuzzi, playground, towels and lounge chairs for beach, bbq and the spectacular hall of waffles. Breakfast delicious, beds and rooms comfortable, two blocks from the beach and the costanera avenue, and completed the picture perfect. SUPER RECOMMENDED! The best stay I ever had in a hotel. Amazing service, incredibly attention to detail, everything was super clean, food was amazing, and outside areas and pool are beyond great. If you go to Punta try to get a room here.
