It's a beautiful, quiet place.
Ideal to rest and enjoy.

Poor attention the ceramics of the plunge pool were detached and hurt many people and on top of that the water was not even heated a disaster. Expensive and horrible is not worth what they charge. Worst of all the bathrooms in the rooms with pipes all broken or flood the bathroom or directly no water comes out. Pigeons don't let sleep and mattresses beat and an imposing smell of moisture ever again.

Poor care does not solve anything, the shower water comes out warm and at times no water comes out.

Las instalaciones son buenas pero es tan deterioradas. No tiene las actividades para niños que dice en booking ni tampoco el cine. Pagamos la reserva con anticipación y cuando llegamos resultó que no tenía el desayuno incluido. Quedamos decepcionados.

A noticeable difference between the common spaces and the rooms. There are things that become important like the great temperature variation in the shower water that does not let you bathe peacefully. Smell of moisture, the TV remote control that does not work… All this is getting better. But the common places are very nice. It's not 5 stars clearly.

The place is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What I liked the most: breakfast, very varied and rich! What I didn't like: the room was wet when we walked in (it's carpeted, and the carpet was wet near the beds) Plus in the bathroom there was a hairdryer that already comes fixed to the plug is what was hanging on the wall. We claimed and didn't get a ball. That's good enough.

Excellent hotel accommodation, all the comforts, air conditioned, cable tv, swimming pool, gym, etc In my case included the breakfast, which was great and plentiful, from cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yoghurts, juices, smoothies, fruit, café, petits fours, invoices, cakes, etc, The only bad thing is that it is a bit away from the shopping centre and the old town. But it is close to the beach 1 block.

A disaster. They sell it as 5 stars and barely have 3. Ceiling of the room with humidity, the outlets most do not work, the single bed with mattress expired and it left a paw, in general very sloppy. The attention at reception was not friendly when we arrived at 15:30 and called to ask because they had not happened to do housekeeping. The price is high for what it is. I don't recommend it.

Falta total de mantenimiento. No funcionaba el ascensor ni el Sauna. El AA goteaba. No repitieron la batas y las toallas hubo que reclamarlas 2 horas. En fin Caro y regular.

Wonderful environment but that's just not enough. Breakfast was not included and I was as expensive as having breakfast in Rome. Of the spa you can not use anything for less than 50 dollars. The rooms have high ceilings and full of cobwebs. The old air conditioners. In short nothing advisable.

Food very expensive for very simple things. Enabling large, bed comfortable but only one chair for two people. Bath with carpet slippery. I fell and fracture a rib. Delivered to the room at 15:00 even though they are unoccupied. We will not return.

I didn't like it at all. The facilities were old and neglected. Breakfast there was no variety of fruit. Towards heat on the part where they make you wait for the room. The hot water in the shower takes 15 minutes to get out. You could not regulate the heating of the room either. The only good thing was the location of the hotel facing the beach. I do not recommend.

Very good hotel, very nice, staff very nice, very clean and nice. The only thing I would highlight is that in the outdoor pool bar you could notice lack of organization and management and this to have delays with the bar orders. But I would come back no doubt, I recommend it!

The best place in Cologne to rest and relax, very recommended to go in couple. The restaurant is great, away about 30 blocks from the historic center allows you to get the tranquility that one seeks.

Hotel in bad state, without keeping, room with a musty smell and spout, unsafe, the room faced the street and only separated us a door of rusty bodywork, very friendly staff and to top it off they didn't give me invoice when I retired.

Pretty quite place to rest, peaceful, you can feel the time running slower than city. You have a great gym to exercise, then an indoor climate pool to enjoy after that.

Newly arrived, I stayed 3 nights, the service very good and friendly. I was placed in the rooms facing the river, very nice view, although the glass was dirty with faecal pigeon matter and a little bit. These animals are permanent on the roof, which bothers the rest a bit.
The room is spacious and comfortable, the shower has a complicated step for people with mobility problems, not my case.
To reach the indoor pool you have to cross through a tunnel that connects one building to the other, in winter this should be heated why you freeze along the way.
The breakfast is very good, the restaurant saw the menu and I found it quite expensive, a drink 4.5us so that they have a reference.
It is 25 blocks from the center which makes it a little impractical for departures or walks. We opted for taxis and several times walked, in summer this would not be an inconvenience why the walks would be enjoyed more. To the Spa I did not go why the prices are high for a normal tourist.
The building is well decorated and decorated. We have had an excellent weekend, it is the third time I travel to Cologne and I love the place, the friendliness of all its people. I recommend the hotel, even if you have placed a few simple objections.

The decoration with the ancient modern retro is very good, the interior spaces are common are very good made. Nice hotel. Some little details are missing like towels beside the swimming pool, some covers inside the room. But however, the place is quiet, cosy, the view is fantastic, the massage is worth it.

Well located, service, spa, swimming pool, fitness centre and restaurant, large and spacious. However the service was somewhat mediocre, has no relationship with the stars of the hotel, I expected better attention. The room I liked, it had a musty smell and very on the street.

1) The Check-In time is 15 HOURS and Check Out at 11 hours. 20 hours of room. 2) At breakfast the staff in the dining room control to the customers and if they see that you llevás 4 breadsticks small (for example, to take to the beach, after all I paid) you look with an ugly face. 3) Since there is more time to use spa facilities and swimming pool that they give you to room, you have to leave your personal luggage in an open space WITHOUT ANY assurance that entire time. Except for some VIP clients, because I noticed that a lady kept your bag "in the manager's office, under lock and key". This happened in front of me, so I felt an idiot as you might imagine. You must not discriminate against clients, the money of everyone is worth the same. Or not? 4) The staff does not treat you as a customer, but as a hindrance. Little sympathy, little service. 5) Impossible to consume in the hotel, everything is overpriced, no price — quality ratio. 6) in spite of everything, to the people who want to live as a "new rich" for a day, you can that you like. Very nice hotel, worthy of 5 stars, which unfortunately does not have officially. Located quasi in the middle of the Rambla, and with good predisposition of our staff; ideal for tourists who do not know Colony. Good breakfast, but I can't comment on the spa facilities. Only reason they score is because they did not make the room having left the indication of it in the door (although it's understandable because it was just the start of the high season and would be short of staff)

Very good hotel, the SPA and the party room are beautiful, as well as the hotel. The care is perfect as well as its location on the Rambla the how allows a view of the river and the sunsets.

It is not a 5 star hotel for details of completion in the construction and in the spaciousness of the rooms, but if in the sense of the services it offers. Tranquolamente you can spend an entire end of samana in the hotel, enjoying what it offers.

The facilities are beautiful, the care is very good and the breakfast buffet really good. With regard to the rooms, my score is much lower. The shower is pretty bad, with little pressure and in some cases the rooms did not have hot water. In my room, in particular, could be heard SNORING from the next room, and the television. Far from being a place for relaxation and a 5-star hotel, is full of children running the hallways and screaming, that because of the paper walls, is also heard. In my opinion, noise pollution is the main problem and the main cause for not come back.
