The best thing without a doubt is the staff, super friendly and always attentive to everything. The location is perfect and the price is good. If breakfast was of employee excellence it would be great.

Excellent service in every way from the management staff, breakfast, cleaning in short very good service, we would return without hesitation.

Good location and attention but we had several problems: we were not allowed carpet for the bathroom (I had to ask the cleaning lady), there was bad smell in the bathroom (maybe an air extractor would be good choice), the TV could not change channel, the pool with many bugs and hairs… I think it can be improved. Breakfast according to the price.

Beautiful place, comfortable, close to everything highly recommended.

A hotel of 10, here everything established we will come back highlighted the maid service that with this pandemic did their best to make everything hygienisado the reception staff a love we just got home and we already want to come back super super recommended.

The truth that I do not recommend for anything in the hotel. I went to rest and in the morning came the noise. The cleaning staff shouting, every day the same thing. The Wifi didn't work, the controls of the tele either. They could not give us a solution to this problem, it was very difficult to stay, and the cost of the hotel was quite high. Clearly not worth the price we paid.

Very nice hotel, very friendly with restaurant recommendations, delicious breakfast. I am Peruvian and I was fascinated by Uruguay, especially Cologne, it is a magical place. I hope to return and know more places of your wonderful country. I would always recommend this hotel :)

Very comfortable and well looked after. Good location.

We spent in this hotel only 1 night and I would not stay there anymore. Photos from the booking site don't show the real state of the rooms. Our family room for 4 was dirty, and very cold, using an air conditioning for maximum didn't help to warm up all the room. Also, there was a problem with pressure of hot water, we couldn't take shower in the morning. Tv set had a problem with a sound, sometimes there was no sound at all, sometimes it was too loud. In the morning when we came in the dining room for breakfast there was no free tables anymore, so we've been said to wait. But here goes a positive moment — we have waited only for 5 min.

Basic. Located in the center. It does not have refrigerators in the rooms or service of tea or water. The beds are comfortable but very noisy overall.
The pool is small but well kept. Note that we have not seen it with direct sun in the morning and then only a few hours in the afternoon. Basic breakfast.
For the price you pay it's not worth it.

Recommended place to spend the night. We were very well attended. Breakfast is super full. I couldn't throw myself into the pool, but if there were a lot of people in it. I found everything clean and tidy.

The location is excellent but the Wi-Fi of the hotel works really very badly. The room was a bit off with little light entry. The cleanliness is very good. The electric kettles on each floor were very useful to me.

Good room, nice mattress, very full breakfast, practical common use room with cups, glasses, cutlery, etc. Terrace for smokers. Excellent staff attention.

Modest hotel in Colonia, Uruguay.

Very good attention of the staff, details of good taste as the chocolate in the afternoon, lounge on the 1st floor with hot water, lemonade, cold, refrigerator. Very modern bathroom. A little more expensive than others.

Good hotel but in the bathroom there was smell of sewer in the shower and at the access door it has a step that makes it difficult to access with the suitcases without access place for people with wheelchairs. Very basic Breakfast.

The place looks pretty much better in pictures than in real life but to be fair it is one of the best places in Cologne. The price benefit ratio is pretty good and the attention can't be improved, it's actually very good.
Here you Puede"rentar" Mate and there are common places for guests.
If I go back to Cologne I definitely look for a room in this place.

An experience to forget. The hotel room has wooden walls, but the worst is the dozens of mosquitoes that were on the ceiling. Horrible. And very dirty. As for the breakfast, there was no fruit and few choices…
The staff were very friendly and the pool was good. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Center, convenient.

Very attentive at the front desk. Very full breakfast. Good cleaning. Good predisposicion. The only detail is that we reviewed the suitcase while they were doing the room service.

Has basic amenities and pool, always a plus. It is located in the main street of Colonia and has many stores nearby. Breakfast is very variated and good for all tastes. Internet fails a lot and gets disconnected very frequently, even though when it's working it works fine for the most part.

Good hotel regarding the price. Somehow it's not so silent the region there the night.
