The hotel dazzler in Colonia Sacramento is a 4 star Hotel. We had the bad luck of giving us the room 125 on the first floor. Between the parking of the vehicles of the hotel on the room windows and the smell of the sewers we spent the first 2 days resongando. To complain strongly with the reception and make it clear that not abonariamos what they asked for, we changed to another room that if I was worthy. The services are first, whatever the cost in dollars and prices above average. The spa and gym impeccable. Beautiful hotel But there are places that are not well groomed, lack staff, want to charge the garage or $15 daily, if not the car leave it outdoors in a field in the back.
Lack of maintenance, they lend you a single adaptor for power outlet but not useful for an electro plug "Argentino" with 3-legged shovels… only serves you for a cell phone charger, for the notebook I had to go to a hardware store to buy one (U $7) the location n is excellent, quiet, the rooms are spacious (with usage details that should not be, type striped walls and termination details that could have been solved a little poor breakfast (a single toaster, you have to wait to toast the bread) 6 (six) Points.

To be a hotel recently inaugurated is fine, some details to end up as the entrance to the "Parking" (unpaved road and outdoors). The room very comfortable and spacious (super comfortable bed, small bathroom but with excellent pressure in the shower, large living with window (the view was not the best as it faced the side street). The indoor pool very well like the wardrobe (a little small, just 2 showers). The restaurant well, small portions and high prices, your breakfast is varied and rich. The attention both at reception and the waitress in the restaurant at night very enjoyable.

The breakfast is bad: there are a variety of breads, 2 kinds of biscuits, no cakes or cake, just some fruit in pieces. No fruit salad or sliced fruit to the natural. Pure flour. By far the best city hotel in Colonia del Sacramento, with a delicious view of the Rambla. You can see Buenos Aires' and La Plata's light at night!

There is a carport cover, there is a lot behind the hotel) all full of mud, poor access to facilities from there. The hot water is finished with a single bathroom, so I will wait 30 min to take a shower the next (bath impossible to use, since q is just the hot water there no more). Pizza face and chiquita (not so good). Heated swimming-pool with water more than lukewarm to cold. Poor attention in dining area very bad agestados, charge the water to mate, and when I asked for the favor that I fill the flask and then went down the money or I will carry to the room, didn't want to do it, very bad taste that gesture, because neither of us feel well taken care of.

On average, the rooms for example, we lack everything. The heated pool and cold without the jets. You arrive and check in and no one shows you anything.

The apartments are big. The pool looked nice. We didn't get the chance to go in the outside pool as the weather didn't permit. Bring a lot of money if you want to dine in the restaurant. They charged for our lunch €24 for 2 SMALL sandwiches and water. It was ridiculous and not worth the money as the quality of the food was poor. The breakfast was very very limited and we only had toasted bread with butter. Croissants and other pastries were super dry. At a sudden point the manager of the restaurant decided to take away the filtered water tap from the restaurant, so the people who were sitting at the poolside couldn't get any free water. In a land where you can't drink the tapwater this was very unkind to do. Also there wasn't any free bottled water in the room nor tea or coffee maker. This Dazzler hotel offers a kitchen where you can cook but they didn't provide ANY kitchen tools or pans. We found this very bizar. The staff wasn't really friendly either. Also the hotel is located 10 min drive of the city center. You can rent a golf cart but this will cost you €90! a day. If you decide to visit Colonia, make sure your wallet is full of cash.

The attention of the staff was good, but the hotel fails in various aspects of management and lack of staff. The infrastructure is new and the rooms spacious, but with many details to finish. The pools are good, but are small for the scale of the hotel. The total price promised by the rooms added to the VAT at the time of paying, something unacceptable that we never had happened in Uruguay. The management was not an appropriate response.
