Music Hostel

0⭐ — Despite friendly staff, Music Hostel lacked English-speaking personnel. Compulsory tax was charged even with a temporary resident permit. Forcing guests to contribute for war efforts is inappropriate and unfair.
3⭐ — Music Hostel offers a delightful stay with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a prime location. The ambiance is vibrant, perfect for music lovers. Highly recommended for a unique and enjoyable experience.

The property is a good choice — clean, cozy, nice amenities. Even that sometimes you'd like to have more bathrooms available. Morning hours are busy, there are two bathrooms&toilets on the first floor.
Bunk bed is OK, mattress and sheets are nice and clean. Although some extra space/shelf next to your pillow/head would be nice to add. Keep the phone charging, and other small belongings there. Comfy chill-out, relaxed work zone next to the reception and Wi-Fi worked well.
I'd sought that I booked a stay in a smaller room with fewer beds, than I actually stayed at. After I posted review about that difference in the expectations, the property reacted quickly. I turned out to be my mistake. Which I admitted and corrected my original post, giving them good feedback. Next month I wanted to check-in there again, and learned that the property won't accept me any more. Although denied to comment reasons. Even that I had a chat with the same person who followed up my earlier review.
To me this is a sign that the quality image the property would like to show, may not focus on customers any more. They cannot deal with the negative feedback, and different clients. Only keep the "positive" ones in.

On the day of settlement, I received a call from a hostel employee. The young man did not introduce himself and in a cheeky tone announced his refusal to settle. He said that I was on the "black list" of the hostel, refused to name the reason, even more brazenly said: "I do not have to tell you this. Look for other accommodation. ' I ask the bosses in this hostel to pay special attention to this situation, because otherwise I will not leave this half-bald young man alone. All the best.
