When booking:
Pros: polite, helpful employee
Cons: very difficult to get through

When checking in:

Cons: None

For:
Pros: very close to the sea, clean beach, free sunbeds and umbrellas, next to the hotel enough cafes and restaurants, the presence of a mini water park, tennis tables, football field.
Cons:
I was surprised to learn that in a 3 star hotel you need to come with your shampoo and shower gel — they are not in the room. When asked why, the reception said "you had to ask a question about it" when booking. The issue of the absence of sheets was solved relatively quickly.
Promised at the reservation sea views and quiet room turned out to be a view of the nearby hotel and playground, where music thundered every evening until 11 p. M. The "pleasant" surprise was the assimilation machine, which took out sewer waste at 10 p. M. On one evening. At the same time, no one is confused that the cesspool is located on the playground and four meters from the living rooms.
The room is the cheapest, probably, furniture that could be found about 5-7 years ago. The same cheap, old and killed plumbing — when the water is turned on, the rumble stands on the entire body. The bathroom with the shower is small in area and terribly unims shower. There is no soundproofing of the rooms as such.
On the first morning at 9:00 a. M. The concierge started to break into the room with exclamations of "wet cleaning". She left offended after our words that it was too early. On other days, however, cleaned already in our absence.
The buffet was not used in the hotel. According to some guests — the usual table food with, mainly, porridge, pilaf, etc. We ordered breakfasts and lunch several times in a hotel restaurant on the beach — wait for two portions of scrambled eggs and a portion of pancakes 40-60 minutes tired and began to eat in a nearby cafe.
At first it was not clear why so many positive reviews about this hotel. As it turned out, 90% of residents come on trade union vouchers. People pay (from their personal) many times less than ordinary holidaymakers. We paid 12, 500 UAH. For five nights without food (3 people). According to one of the families (3 people) who came on a trade union ticket, they paid 8, 300 UAH. For the same period, but with food — at such a cost and resent somehow indecently, all happy — most of the guests who think that they paid cheaply (the difference is still out of their pocket, only through the union) and the hotel, which in the absence of normal service gets their money in full. Suffer only people who are seduced by beautiful photos of the hotel and paying not a small cost for the lack of normal conditions.
