I was in a hotel nearby where there are no facilities. Bristol offered to use theirs for a small fee. I think thats great! Beautiful hotel in a stately nineteenth century ambiance that you don't see hotels often anymore, WoW! Breakfast, hospitality, spa are perfect.

Well in the hotel, lived in nom. 102, convenient ly240 restaurant. It is not convenient that the check does not immediately specify 10% for tea for the waiter. And, why the toilet of the restaurant is no longer installed a system with an update for a chair once. Lining. The car (transfer) is good meets at the airport.

One of the best hotel in Odessa. Goog localization close to downtown. A lot of facilities inside: swiming pool, gym, wellness. I recommend.

There is one problem — it is expensive for ODESSA. The restaurant is very high prices. The spa is just super. Very not even expensive for such a hotel. I advise you to visit. Good room service twice a day. The staff are very friendly and try to please. But I'm still here.

It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are well furnished. Comfy beds. Pillow menu. Service is very good. Not relevant to me, but the hotel is Kosher.

The hotel is well located, the comfort for a 5 * too little. When I look at the Wi-Fi connection, which is constantly going down.
Bed and Zimmer/bath were good and spacious however the shower, I do not want to take a chat.
This is typical Ukraine again, if you descend masculine and alone on the way in a better hotel, chewing gum and condoms are ready, zzz.
But I would like to give one more thing to the men here, take a care of the attention with your dates, the women are ripping you off.

The jacuzzi is cold a nd at the top 4th floor you cant close the blinds on the windows so you will wake up in 6 am.

Two times in recent years, being the owner of Starwood Platinum card, lived in this wonderful hotel on the main historical after Deribasovskaya Street of Odessa. Friendly staff and all the cultural life of the beloved city within walking distance. Large spacious rooms with balcony, classic interior and authentic interior of the late 19th century, glorified the hotel in all the movies and TV series about Odessa. Great spa, pool and sauna, tasty breakfasts and perfect soundproofing in the rooms. Great Corner Suite, ask for rooms on the second floor, there are above ceilings and cozy. The hotel will soon be 120 years old, and it is still young and full of strength. I recommend to all coming to Odessa.

The best hotel in Odessa. Starting with the doormen you are all welcome and ready to help. Old exterior. Pompous interior. Everything is saturated with chic and luxury. In the lobby of the hotel in the evenings played by a pianist and sitting in the lobby bar, sipping a favorite drink, you can enjoy pleasant music. The hotel has a spa and fitness area. Great restaurant, where unreal tasty pasta with seafood, recommend! There are several conference rooms for different number of people. Excellent banquet hall, in the cat can hold any celebration. In general, personally, I adore this place, because there is a special atmosphere.

Gorgeous interior, comfortable bed. Breakfast could be much better, considerably small choice of food.

Bristol is the "Pearl of Odessa", because it is not in vain that tourists are photographed near it and look in the windows passers-by. We absolutely accidentally got into this wonderful place and already crossing the threshold felt all the charm of this hotel. There are no clients-we were guests of a large team of pleasant and polite owners of the house, everything-from the reception, maids, waiters were in their places. They were so inconspicuous and so sympathetic that we did not feel anything at all necessary. Any request was decided. Wonderful pool, with two baths returned us after the Holiday in tone. Thanks for the reception. OF course I recommend.

One of the best hotels in Odessa. Ask for a room on the 2nd floor. It has higher ceilings and "easier to breathe". Balconies are usually closed, but you can ask and you will open. The corner suite is wonderful. The breakfasts are simply chic. My favorite hotel in Odessa.

I can only say that the design on "5" on the 5th scale. Had a great time at the ball. The room was not visited. The staff at the reception are polite and attentive.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. The location is perfect! The rooms are 5 *, quality furniture, the room area is nice (Tanya's room). Excellent breakfasts, I would even say the best we had to meet. In winter time is the best offer of Odessa.

Vaiting for the 'executive room' to be prepared for check in, and got a 'perfect view' as described on internet, the way they I guess wanted to explain high price. The only view I got was a metal roof 3m from the vindow with constant noise of some generator working beneath. Disapointment.

Central location, fine service.

Worst hotel in the country. We have been ripped of in terms of service and quality. Management is not existing and rude. They shout at staff and guests alike. Only good thing is pianist. We stayed in room 410 and found cockroach and managers did nothing.

Very nice hotel, but I believe requires certain renovation/fresh up inside. The best what I enjoyed is breakfast. There are many options of cheese, sweets, etc. It is located close to the city center and there is a spa and swimming pool on the 4th floor.

An excellent hotel. I stayed in it several times already. Like good quality service. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean. And the prices are reasonable.

We had two nights her and the stay was very good. The service, food and the room lived up to the expectations. Very recommend.

Not regularly replenished mini-bar, sound-isolating "3", TV, well, very strange and no audio language packs on channels, tedious guard, but a great reception and a Concierge!
