Maristella is a place where I feel comfortable, harmonious, and where I do enjoy the professionalism of the staff! My favorite place of rest and development of the body and soul!

Great location for beach and the seaside.

Here everything is fine I enjoy spending time here.

So far so good. We just checked in today. Wonderful reception, assistance with the room and luggage. The staff so far have been fantastic. Highly recommend!

My visit this year was much improved. The service was so much better at the pool and the restaurant by the sea!

Amazing hotel, new and designed, we got dellux room for my Birthday without extra charg, the breakfast is good, the stuff are nice and helpfull.

1. It's been 2 days that I'm staying in the room With no Air condition, I asked to speak to a manager, But since it's Friday, I've been told that no manager we be here until Monday, So I guess I'm gonna have to stock in the room until Monday with no air condition, It is outrages, 2 time they came to fix you than to time they told me to OK it's still not OK, In the only answer I get is what can I do you have to wait until Monday. 2. You get a Plastic key, And if you lose it you have to pay $20, 3. The hotel is far from everything and it's very very hard to get a taxi, if you get a taxi to the receptions You going to pay at least double of what the going fare… It's funny the taxi driver called the reception to ask her how much to charge, I would never stay in this hotel ever again, I've still have 3 nights to Spend over here But i've been looking for a place…

Beautiful hotel, prompt and courteous service. Located right on the beach, beautiful view. A half hour drive from the city center.

With my husband decided to spend a romantic evening! The first thing we felt when entering the deluxe room-cold + 15 °c, the case was before Ng… The air conditioning was + 35 °c, but after an hour the temperature did not rise. The room was very good and the rooms were very well equipped. The next thing we got, the room had no toothbrushes and pasta! No kettle, cups and sachets sugar, coffee, tea-cheer morning coffee failed! The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I was given the keys, asked for toothbrushes and pasta, we were told that it was necessary to order-it turns out! Of course all this with my husband did not spoil the mood, but the sediment, from the lack of service, stayed!
I want to address all the institutions of our city Odessa, please keep the mark! After all, on the little things to build everything in our world! The future depends on it!

The rest of the summer. Very friendly staff. Both the room and the staff and the food. So everything is cool!

Well, off course hotel is not bed! You can see, a lot of investment in their! Nice pool area, amazing restaurant and location! But some little things like towels in the room or whine glass — are such a shame guys! For example, what happened to us: we came after pool around 4p. M back to room, lady just finished cleaning. So she left, and when I went to the shower I realized there's only 1big towel and 2 floors towels:one for feet and one for hands probably! I thought, she just forgot, so I called her and ask to bring it! And you know what she said — o, sorry at the moment we don't have clean towels, they will be ready at 8 p, m, You must be kidding me! Should I share one towel with my husband I asked her? Well, hope you understand! And one more, if you selling wine in the mini bar, how about to have a glasses for it as well in the room! Or it's too much to ask? At the end: food is really delicious! Good luck! But next year we are not here for sure!

We spent three nights at the hotel. Confident three. It seems that few people think about the guests.
So: from two elevators works one, you have to wait a long time. The room is not bad, but the air conditioning did not work. Twice I had to remind you that the ngo had to be fixed. From three nights, two in the south were barely strolling weddings. With all the ensuing. Gop tsa tsa, screams bitter and all that. You can't sleep. We didn't think about the guests with prams at all. Kadui with palm trees was put on the sidewalk near the hotel. And you go where you drive cars. Well, go, and the stroller on the pavement to go oh as not good. Pools. In the seams mold, do not clean. It was scary to even come in. Beach with the sea through the wall. The first three rows of sunbeds are available for guests. To get to the beach you have to walk. Past some bushes and stairs, which some comrades have chosen as a toilet. The stench is wild. After such "impressions" both the beach and the sea were not in pleasure. Breakfasts for some reason from 8 to 10, and not as in the whole civilized world with 7. There is a cafeteria with cakes — ice cream. Behind the counter are two nymphs in shorts a la panties. Is it that hard to put them in uniform? And on the display case next to the cakes tray with strawberries in a bag, a pack of sour cream and plastic trays. Apparently there was not enough space in the usual refrigerator. And at once the impression of some kind of silpo.

In the restaurant almost every day wedding. The walls in the room go shake. Just bestiality. And the photos certainly look nice, Yes.

Great place to stay.

Summer is the best place to relax poolside and celebrations on the terrace. Very convenient that there is a direct access from your room to the terrace with swimming pools and restaurant.

I want to share my impressions from a weekend in a new hotel by the sea) Being in Odessa not for the first time, I stumbled upon a new hotel by the sea. Despite the fact that at the time of my stay in this hotel it was under test mode, I was completely smitten with the service, quality rooms, delicious cuisine, and, of course, in the same location. The hotel is literally 10 metres from the sea! Amazing look! Beautiful European and Odessa cuisine. Great trained staff, always willing to help. I sincerely wish this wonderful hotel prosperity, luck and grateful guests! Be sure to come again!
