Friendly personnel. Priced okay. Rooms need remodelling. Carpets are worned out and there's mould in the bathroom. No insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear and understand conversations in adjacent room.

That is a joke hotel. Looks very modern but outside look is just fake. They try to make insukation and nicer look by covering the whole building but totally failed. I guess hotel is from CCPC era. Very old, rooms are small. Beds are very bed spring beds. You can feel the spring during your sleep. And also beds are not even, some parts has heavy deformation, it feels like you are sleeping at the edge of the hill :-) ) now it is winter January. Outside temprature is may be — 10 C. But bathroom and room has a lot of small cockroaks. Incredible :-) ) My stay was paid by pegasus airlines, because of heavy snow. It was not their fault to snow. So all the flights are canceled they provide us this hotel and 3 course meal. Thanks to them. Otherwise I would never ever stay at this hotel by my money. There are tens of much better hotel at the same price in odessa. Odessa is beautiful city. Love it.

Stayed at this hotel during a tour to Odessa in December. Impressions are bad. In the room a rickety toilet, which is constantly flowing water, a herd of ants on the floor in the bathroom and a total lack of sound insulation-heard even conversations from a nearby room. It is very problematic to eat in this hotel, as it is unknown whether there is a restaurant there. In the lobby of the hotel no hints at the restaurant is not, in the elevator says that it is on the second floor, but there it was not! Asked at the reception, where all the same restaurant, we were told that on the ground floor. And to the question why it is not written anywhere, said that to place such information in the lobby of the hotel management does not allow!

This is a very old equipped, old fashioned hotel with inexperienced staff. There was too much noise at night because of wind blowing and all windows and doors were shaking by wind ;so a good sleep is hardly possible. Taking a taxi from hotel to airport was the most terrible part of my stay. It took 30 mins for a taxi to be at the hotel door. So I was very close to miss my flight to kiev. No one is responsible for this disorganization. This hotel is strongly NOT recommended.
