Was with a group of children from January 2018. Great hotel, warm. Cozy and comfortable! Nothing strained or irritated. Attentive and friendly staff, always ready to listen to their clients and to make concessions! Thank You from the whole team GRACE! And separate from me personally! This place is well organized and you tourist if you need any help they will help you right out not only do they have people who speak in Ukrainian but also in English. The service there and the room service is great. You can get breakfast in there and it counts in your stay you don't have to pay any extra fees. If you're traveling with a dog or any other pet they allow you to stay with a pet. Butt they should their own passport and all their vaccines.

Overall, the impressions of him are good. Convenient location a stone's throw from the centre and several of Lviv's main attractions, clean neat rooms with pleasant design, TV and air conditioning, very tasty breakfasts with a choice for each guest individually, daily cleaning in the room.
From the first minutes of entering the hotel pleasantly surprised by the presence of the so-called doorman, who will almost always open the door and help to carry bags up the steep stairs to the room. And the staff at the reception are as friendly as ever, helpful and fulfills any request.
Although the hotel is not without flaws. It was better not to use the fridge because the smell inside was terrible. In the bathroom, the hood fan was buzzing when the lights were turned on, and it was impossible to turn it off separately. The walls are quite thin, you can hear the conversation of neighbors, but for some reason for 5 days of stay in the hotel it was heard only a few times, so that no inconvenience was caused. The view from the window is, of course, so-so. Well, and so on the little things, somewhere extra shelf is not enough in the right place in the bathroom, somewhere hook for outer clothing near the entrance.
But all these little things are fully compensated by extremely friendly staff and accuracy.

The hotel is not that luxuruos but comfortable and clean enough and the staff is really helpful. They can speak English-that can sound a bit wierd but in Ukraine it IS very rare. And the most important of all, hotel's location is perfect! It's located in a lovely historical street (just opposite to a palace! ) and approximately 5 minutes to Rynok Square. In conclusion we loved Lviv Central Jam Hotel, if one day we come back to Lviv we would definitely choose it again.

Pros; the hotel is very conveniently located — in the heart, but in the backyard. That's why it's very quiet. Noise is not audible at all. Close to the main attractions, public transport stops. Served great breakfasts. The staff are very kind. When you leave, they give small jars of jam.
Minus this is that we were very unlucky with the bed in room 305. Very small and with a terribly uncomfortable mattress. The main function — to spend the night and relax — the hotel failed.

Tried to take money for "damage" which was in the room to check.

Truly horrid. No lounge, no restaurant. Breakfast — considering the prices of food in Ukraine and the room prices — disgusting. The room on the 4th floor with no lift.

It was calm and cozy. Really good place to stay. Stuff extremely helpfull.

Terrible hotel, stinck bathroom, almost 0 pressure of water in shower, uncomfortable bad, no elevators 4 floor!, no sound proof.

Room economy class is very disappointing. Very cramped room, double bed more like a half, sleep on it together is very difficult. The room is located right under the stairs — the clatter over the head for the whole evening provided. From pluses — very good Breakfast and overall very clean and tidy.

The hotel is in a good location. 10 min to center! The staff is very nice.

You wouldn't find it on your own, that's minus. It is a good location in the Old City, a polite staff who speaks any of the three languages (Russian, Ukrainian, English). Thanks for visiting, we got a little jam. Nice.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean, with individual AC. Staff if very kind and helpful. Definitely good idea to buy breakfast there! Localization is great, you can get to all tourist places in max 10 min. Go there, visit, you won't be disappointed.
