Reviews of Theatre Boutique Apart-Hotel
Not a hotel. Very much a basic hostel. Lots of walking and stairs between reception and the hotel room — definitely not suitable for those with a pushchair or wheelchair. It was clean and simple, but in a sort of sketchy alleyway. Fine budget option but much more of a hostel than hotel.

It's all good. Just unlucky, the lights went out at night. Accident. Offered a shower in the morning in the next room.

It's a great location. Polite staff who respond quickly to any request. I advise unequivocally.
Recommended. Nice Boutique Hotel in excellent location near Maydan. Very friendly staff. 1 BR roomy, clean, comfortable and all amenities. Daily maid service. Good soundprooofing. Large spa jacuzzi. Do not let the outside building/courtyard appearance scare you. There is a very convenient mini market in courtyard. Lift is very small but functional. Hotel on second floor so stairs next to lift easy option. Recommend you eat breakfast at Chicken Kiev restaurant about 15 minute walk from hotel. You will be glad you did.
It is next to the city centre. First look at the hotel will scare you a bit but the rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is in two different buildings and one of the has the smallest elevator that I have seen in my life. The people there were always friendly and helpful. They also speak english so it helps quite a lot. They also helped us to get a taxi to the airport.

The hotel is beautiful. The reception is nice. Friendly. The aportments are not expensive:)
The entrance is not the most user friendly, besides this and that most of the workers (even in the reception) don't speak English, the place is perfect. Clean, and in a great location. It has a super market in the same building.
The location is perfect! Metro station is less than 2 min away. I had one of the cheapest options but the room was nice and 98 %clean, the only thing disappointed me was a pillow and lack of hairdryer. The apartments are located in 2 different blocks in my case reception was in different building but next door. If you travel with a lot of bags would not advise because the lift fits only 1 person, first time in my life I saw that tiny elevator. The walls are quite tiny and lacks the isolation. Overall advised for location and price only.

A very clean Appartment and a very friendly lady brings into the room. There is even a hot tub in the standard room. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen well furnished. There is in front of the apartment Hotel also has a small supermarket where you can provide well. In addition, it has a look at the sights of kiev.
You walk through an alleyway to get there. The ground outside is very uneven and there is no lighting at night time please take a torch I sprained my ankle. Then choice of lift lottery or stairs with blinking lighting (if you're epileptic this is not a good hotel for you). Shower is a death trap as the floor is uneven. I wanted a nice relaxing bath but the water was green. Don't drink the water. The room was very hot and a there was a pungeant smell but no worries just put the air con on. Apart those things everything else was fine. Reasonable price and housekeeping was good.

To get to the office normally, you have to come at 8am, take a seat in the queue and wait there until 9. And then you can easily register in the electronic queue or try your luck in the live.
The department itself is quite decent and the workers are quite polite.
Took the standard room. Although the pictures online were nice we found that much of the amenities in the room were broken. Bed was dirty, shower was missing a door and most of the features were not working. Tv didn't work, and parts of the plaster would randomly fall off the walls. Was rather disappointed as out of 5 places I booked this was the most disappointing. On a plus side the staff was very nice and the location was convenient.
I guess there is nothing exclusive in here, apartments are furnished like on pics, but nor working properly, like jacuzzi bathtubs, wasn't working, also apartments are located in old ugly building.
Good location. Nice apartment. A bit hard to find if you don't know Kiev.
The location of the hotel is the best part. From here we could reach every spot easily. There are a lot of good restaurants and cafés in this area. The pics of the room look better than in reality. Or we only got one of the lower class rooms. We were disappointed. The room was clean and smelled quite new but it felt not comfortable. The entree of the main building was quite dark. Furthermore the elevator was quite narrow and just gave space for 2 person or one person plus a small suitcase. The staff could not speak English but was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, clean and well-equipped apartments. Central location, many restaurants and shops around… Not very visible from the street… I recommend the Lux apartments.

The pictures at the booking looks very impressive. But it's not really that beautiful. The second floor of the administrative building. Immediately the tourist scares the elevator. But the rooms are quite even good.

Guys, don't even think about ordering this "hotel". It started with the fact that the "hotel" is located in the courtyards, so 1) its hard to find 2) there is no entrance to the entrance, as is the free parking within a kilometer radius.
Then we went to a dirty miserable porch, the reception is on the second floor. And there's a surprise: the elevator doesn't work. Oh, come on, I think I'll lift all my four suitcases to the second floor. Raised, called the secret password in the form of my name and the guy started to register me. And in the process of registration it turns out that my room in the next entrance on the 6th floor and there is also no elevator. At the same time the guy was not confused by my 4 suitcases, or a small child. Promised me things to help convey.
One thing pleased: the money for the reservation returned especially without Prerikanij.

A decent hotel, but above it, on the 4th floor a hostel with a specific audience is often a criminal kind. This public large and small companies almost round the clock smokes at the entrance to the entrance, have to squeeze through this crowd that would enter the house, which is not always pleasant. In addition, in the yard at night in the summer often out-for them noisy-screams, drunken songs and biter bottles. Tenants, apparently, trying to fight this-from the flights of stairs throw bags of water in the yard, aiming at these companies, bags are broken about the tile with fluffy shots, sprinkling its contents not only standing companies) ) sometimes unsafe to pass by.

Rented a room for 2 nights, wedding preparations, bride's morning and stuff. The hotel is centrally located, beautiful room, quiet, peaceful, cozy. For wealthy people or foreigners is quite suitable.

In the photos everything looks good, but really not very. I got a studio small apartment, which smelled of Garyu, the shower cubicle was old enough, in places broken and overgrown with fungus, on the windows were cheap broken blinds. The elevator, which I really liked, is not suitable for everyone. In it hardly put two people of an average complement, full person in it not fit, especially with things. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment we had was to put it mildly. The bathroom door was cleaning and there were problems from the bathroom to get out. The towels when we checked in were damp, although we arrived even after the laid time. There was no coffee or tea in the apartment. Next to us was a burnt flat, from which we could go on the cornice to our windows. The second key to the front door was not suitable. I'd rather not have this apartment removed. And yet-to contact the representatives of the hotel was not possible on the phone, because the site was listed American number, American! And the apartment in Kiev!

Quick check-in. Excellent location. This is the end of the pros. Lived in a three-room apartment on the fourth floor, where next to us was burnt porch. The furniture looked worn out. Slow Wi-Fi. The boiler on the first evening gave a glitch and hot water was enough for one person. Poor opening door to the bathroom. The folding sofa is not suitable for comfortable sleep.

Beautiful interesting luxury rooms. But there are pitfalls with new budget rooms.
Pay attention before booking in this aparthotel! Indeed apartment are pretty nice themselves but the building where they are placed is run-down and dangerous. Really not recommended for families with children. Staff speaks only some word of English. I slept only one night with my family in a apartment at 5th +1 internal floor. During the night electricity gone out and nobody restored it. We have been in the dark till the morning. Take a look to my uploaded photos.
Wonderful place with an amicable staff and cosy spacious rooms. Definitely coming back!
Very nice. Clean. Pleasant staff. Close to everything in the heart. On the 5th floor, so if you don't like walking up stairs. The elevator works but it a bit claustrophobic measurements are to feet by 1 and a half feet Maxim at front desk very helpful young chap.
Lovely, central location, hot water, quiet. Very centrally located and easy to get there from the metro (Teatral'na on the red line). Make sure to let the hotel know when you will arrive especially if you are arriving late so she will be waiting at the desk.

Despite the strangeness of everything happening on the other and do not say. Visited many parts of the world and places I have not met such a hostel. The emotions were mixed to be honest but in the end the unreality of reality! Cool! Honestly! Space! Energy excellent Despite the fact that the house a bunch of years) elevator is something unreal! Generally and generally this is a fairy tale Alice in Wonderland! Super.
It is at the heart of city center. I have stayed at studio rooms which were very nice.

Great place! Center, convenient, professional! Comfort at the claimed level! Highly recommend!

Stayed in the Theatre Apart-Hotel with 06.07.2013 on 11.07.2013, in the apartment. Clean, comfortable room, quiet place and, most importantly, very good location, a few minutes walk from Kreschatik, one of the most remarkable places in Kiev. Most of the time we spent there. The staff overall — excellent combination of price and quality. We liked.

Staff are nice, and the apartment themselves are nice and in an excellent location, two blocks from the main street in the city, and literally on the same block as a metro station. However, I had several issues. There was no power in the room for almost the entire first day I was there. From seeing them fixing it the next day, it seems a fuse for the whole floor blew. A hotel, or even a hostel, would have done whatever was needed to get this fixed ASAP. Going a whole night without power (and thus without Wi-Fi) in a foreign city is not acceptable. Further, while the towels and linen were perfectly clean, the apartment itself needed serious dusting, multiple lights in the bathroom did not work, and there was no hot water my second day there. I would have happily paid double for a normal hotel instead.
