➜ In my opinion, this is now an insider tip for everyone who comes from Germany. The hotel would not have earned five stars. There are small repairs needed here and there at the meal. But nevertheless I hung out of all the hotel itself is English, Russian and Ukrainian language.
It has a small minibar that is replenished every day when cleaning up. A restaurant offering a buffet. At lunchtime Ala Klard offer multilingual and a buffet for dinner. Unfortunately, the large rooms do not have a shower curtain which is why the floor is always wet true. By and large, the price performance ratio is top. 5 fon 5 points.
➜ Hotel in the process of improvement. Not all of the staff are friendly and polite. Especially at the front desk. Looks like they wanted to tease you. Besides it seems all acceptable. Great service of the boys at the restaurant. Instead at the bar great only a barman on 2 present.

I dine in the restaurateur of this hotel every day, noticeably deteriorated service, ordinary business lunch is served in parts, tables are not ready, constantly have to call the waiter to serve salt, or take it himself from the next table, I generally keep silent. It seems as if the staff even forgets for you, the dish will be brought, bread will be forgotten, turn to the bartender with a request to call the waiter, and he as if he do not hear you! The restaurant has deteriorated noticeably.
