Good hotel, and nice atmosphere.

This hotel is nice and clean, staff were helpful and polite, amazing breakfast buffet. But don't get confused with pool — it's free of charge only from 8 a. M. To 1 p. M. Very wierd schedule but it's their way to make business.

Not worth the price. Lobby looks very authentic but the rooms as average as could be. Very good breakfast though. Helpfull staff. Nice touch : the spa is free to use from 8h till 13h for guests ; on the ither side, the hotel says it has a pool but dies nit specifie it's inside…

Overall the Hotel is not bad but the rooms are very small and for some reason the towels and other accessories in the room were tailored for one person when the room was booked for two!

Pictures of the room looked much nicer than the actual room. It was so small! One bed and a desk and you had to walk sideways to fit between them. There was a balcony facing the main street, but you could only fit one person on it at a time! Not even room to sit down. The gym was nice and there is an underground pool available. Otherwise a very good hotel with great location and good service, but I would rank it three stars and not four.

In the hotel Kreshchatik for the first time, the experience is excellent, comfortable, cozy, quiet, the kitchen is good, the staff is attentive. In general — I recommend.

I can only tell about the restaurant, or rather, about the summer terrace. We passed by with my husband and saw oysters, decided to try. The restaurant experience is pleasant. Not bad menu, tolerable prices. They took wine with oysters and salmon tartare with lemonade. The check was leached by about 900 UAH. The oysters were fresh, the wine glass was only one variety. The lemonade was not bad. The tartar wasn't good at all. Saving on fish, "clogged" the taste of tomatoes. But the pitch is gorgeous! Spectacular and unusual! The service is very slow, without rudeness, but also without much positivity. I don't think we're going to get there again unless we're going to walk past again.

For a hotel claiming to be one of the best in Kiev there are a lot of bémols. Overall the hotel is neat inside, the breakfast buffet is gorgeous, but the rooms do not have the expected quality (cleanliness, general condition, HS bulbs, size)

Probably best hotel in center of Kiev. On Khreschatyk st. Which is the main street in center. It has a 24hr restaurant and bar for travelers. Service is amazing and most speak English. You cant go wrong staying here but a little pricey to me personally. My room was amazingly clean and all the amenities. Enjoy your stay!

Very conveniently located, in house 24hour bar & restaurant serve very delicious delicacies, smiling staff. Concierge very helpful. Lot of eating joints nearby, shopping area also within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended for first timers, stay exceeded expectations the only downside is it little bit expensive.

Great place to have a lunch. Great location at the city center. Big event hall, great menu, delicious drinks and a very decent service. I can recommend it for anything kind of parties and events.

Right in the centre, a stone's throw from Maidan Square. To be assigned absolutely renovated rooms Prestige. I was in a standard, pitiful, Macchiatissima carpet!

A lovely, clean and sweet hotel in the smack center of Kiev. Everything you need is a 2-minute walk away — Supermarket, Metro, Pubs, Diners and Coffee Stalls. Being on the main road, there are also a lots of shopping joints (Nike, Hugo Boss, Gucci and more). The staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom had hot water and the AC was perfect. Breakfast was OK and can be improved. But in general, simply a great hotel. If you are new to Kiev or don;t speak Russian, this is the place to stay!

We use a large conference hall + banquets several times a year.
Every time terribly frustrating the behavior of the employees of the wardrobe and guard, rude and terribly work, it spoils the overall good impression. Only because of this score 3, and so 4

The hotel is centrically situated, has comfortable rooms, the service is nice and staff is helpful. Food is very good and at good prices. The gym is good but they have not coordinated the use of spa and swiming pool.

Great quality hotel, friendly staff (you need to smile though), spotless, well equipped, high standard, beautiful spa center along with best equipped gym I've ever seen in hotel! Succulent food choice for breakfast, and all this in the center of the old town! Definitely can recommend, and will stay again if I'll come back to Kiev.

The main advantage of the hotel is the great location. Rooms are a bit smallish but OK. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was generally OK, except one thing, the poached eggs were sometime cold (they were good when they were hot). The gym was nice and the spa looks nice but open for hotel guests only in the morning. Prices in the hotel bar and the minibar were fair (very cheap in West Europe standards)

I don't recommend it! The prices are cloudy and there's nothing to pay for. The room was very clean. After the call to the reception, the clean-up was promised and did not. The restaurant is terrible as a place in the capital city. The waiter is like the first day of work. Prochila blankets-promised and never brought. The kitchen is mediocre.

The location was excellent. Welcoming polite staff with excellent knowledge of English. They feature high quality: beds bedding. A spacious shower. Purity is a horse of Kiev IBIS. There is a convenient outlet. Understandable and adjustable system of the microclimate of the rooms. There is a small free Parking for 7 seats to be able to occupy a free space should come to 19.00. Recommend!

The center of the city, close to Maidan square is 50 metres. Hotel on the Khreschatyk, after renovation, all clean and neat. Prestige room 407, bathroom very clean. Great new bed, good linens. Two minus signs-in the room did not have instructions on the use of lighting (very zamoročennoe) and the second minus-it was difficult to park near the hotel. Well, in principle, all super.
Location is ideal.

Great value for the price. After my fail with nearest hotel I just looked for another one on Google maps. I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Khreschatyk. The location is smack dab in the middle of the exciting part of Kiev. Everything was within in walking distance, including an enormous underground mall right next door. They shut down Khreschatyk Avenue on weekends. It and Independence Square become a huge party. Concerts and Soccer games in the street, food carts, street performers. Its a wonderful experience. Things outside can be a little noisy until 2am, but with the windows shut, youll never hear it. The whole place has a very upscale feel and the staff is very nice. I will definitely stay again.
