First time when I got to the hotel I decided it was OK. But entering the room saw the bed is not covered, legs can be seen on the carpet stains, and the walls are not put towels. Called from Mobile to the hotel room there phone did not take and did not call back. I had to go down for them. I was given towels directly in the hands of a woman who gave a sitting near the recipe. The man also went down for the towels himself. In the room I saw on the towel traces of old unwashed blood or ketchup. On the bed stains, on the walls of dirty stains, someone's hair on the closet stuck (brunette, I'm blonde). There are a lot of dirty dishes on the table in the hallway. Came to this hotel in connection with the team, ordered through booking, liked the price and photos of the hotel itself, but as they say not all the gold that glitters. So: 1. At reception stood minutes 30-40, very long was settlement. (Booked two rooms, only had three people).

Hi, we have unfortunately made a very bad experience with this hotel.
1. There was no spa area despite advertising 2. On the first evening there was only one of the dishes from the menu in the restaurant, the red wine had to be "organized" only 3. The breakfast was real very simple, coffee was also "organized" self catering is from now on our choice…

The stay at the hotel was "Interesting" I can say. After walking through the door we been told to wait for around 20 min to book in as the receptionist was busy doing something on the PC. When we eventually got to the room, we got welcomed by an strong smell in the air. After unpacking and getting my gentleman's parts surgically removed by the shower I noticed many defects with the room such as broken glass on window (hazard for kids). However the best part was when I tried to sleep, first of all the cleaner just walked in to the room without knocking (what if I was butt naked? ) and said something in Ukrainian. However later on there was a loud sound from few rooms below of a couple having a "good time" p. S at least the women did from the screams, that was going for a long time. Fair play to the lad he lasted long time :). The next day when I was going to book out, in the reception there was some filming crew making some advert I guess. When I tried to give the key back we got shouted at for interrupting the scene. Overall the stay was eventful and if you are looking for the best time of your life I recommend the hotel. P. S. The 5min walk from airport to hotel was not pleasant as every taxi driver almost forced us to get into their car. SO watch out or just get Uber and try not to die from the driving style :)

Pros: Price 700 UAH/day via booking. COM for double STANDVRT, close to Zhulyany, great beds, good hot water pressure, warm.
Cons: The room has no drinking water, mini-bar, cups/glasses, slippers, bathrobe, accessories for shoes. In short there is nothing but soap and Shampunki. Not all light bulbs healthy. No noise.

Drove to the hotel about 12 o'clock in the morning. The first thing that was pleasantly impressed after traveling through the dank streets is the WARM room, and the clean one has to admit. Disadvantages: 1) rooms need reparation, broken mirror, cracks in the wall, some light bulbs were missing 2) weak heating, 3) no phone in the rooms to reach reception, 4) restaurant exists as a bar practically, couldn't even receive info what dishes they have.

You will find ATM inside near entrance. 24h working bar. Good for staying a night before departure from the airport. Close to airport — just shot walk.

You only pay in cash, both the bed and breakfast lunch and dinner. The restaurant is open until 23 but already from 21 the menu no longer exists and you eat what is advanced. Reception non existent, the laundry, which then are the cleaning women of the various floors that wash their clothes at home, ruined me with oil stains a pair of new pants. Really to avoid, go only if the alternative is to sleep in the street.

Get the suite for the most hillariously gawdy ukrainian-soviet era style hotel room. Not a place to suffer from a hangover! Surrounding area is terrible. Neglected after Boryspil took over as major international hub I would say. Had to request to get aircon filters cleaned and the 'master' was not happy. Two single sheets not tucked in on double bed… get the picture?

I spent two weeks in Kiev and I stayed at this hotel. Everyone was lovely and they helped make my first time in Kiev a great experience. Would definitely advise people to stay here.

Nice hotel near the airport (10mn in taxi) spacius room, clean, bar, no restaurant, quiet, 20mn from the center of kiev by taxi, reasonable price. But you ave to weit verry long time in the reception desk to get your key, there is only lukewarm water on the third floor and the personnal on the reception is lukewarm too. Big supermarket 20 meters from the hotel Breakfeast not too big but good.

Only one advantage — near airport KYIV.
