My 1st time there. Nice and cosy place. Class. Nice staff too.
Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. It’s about 6-8 blocks from the center of town. The staff is also very friendly.

It was nice stay of 3 days. Enjoyed breakfast, staff is very helpful and polite. I was finding hard to get Indian vegetarian breakfast and breakfast attendant helped me and packed all available vegetables and fruits.

Drinks and food is amazing and the service … thank you.

There was an anniversary. Everything is very nice, the serve, the serving, the service! That's just it can be difficult… The food was very good. I had just one problem during my stay with Wi-fi connection. The signal was really bad from my room. And they connected a new router/Wi-Fi extender to my room immediately just to solve my problem which was really kind…

I’ve had a pleasure to stay at the Opera Hotel on a several occasions. And I’ve got to admit that every time’s proved to be a remarkable and exciting experience. Designed well, the hotel for me stands as the very definition of “comfy”. Personnel has been kind and cheerful to me and between themselves, I’ve never felt stranded in their presence. That is definitely one of the best places to stay in Kiev.

The best quality of service in Kiev. I have tried a lot of places in Ukraine, but usually the service level lacked in a lot of directions. Truly impressed by the staff positive attitude and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend it to demanding travellers as the prices stand above the average for the city.

It looks like everything is beautiful and good) ) and it would seem to be as "elite" but no) I spent in this hotel a few days, and immediately after I went to the massage and sauna-found on the body strange stains. In detail about stains I will not tell, but pay attention to sanitary hygiene. I am not one of those who raises the hype, and did not already take from the doctor evidence that it is really a consequence or a sunbed, where they did massage, or directly saunas, but all visitors please pay attention. Not a nice thing. By the way the massage was terrible, not worth the money at all. I speak as an experienced connoisseur of good massage.

Our room was incredible with the latest amenities. Wi-Fi is free but the well stocked minibar is not. The room was very clean and continued the elegance. Relatively close walk to shopping, about a 15 minute walk. A restaurant is located at the hotel but we dined while we were out shopping so I can't give you a review. Gentlemen, if you want to treat your woman like a queen, this is the place.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. A taxi can be booked from the room. Perfect location on Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street, former Lenin Street and before that Fundukleyivska. A Gorgeous place for conferences! Excellent equipment, sound, video. All thought out at the highest level. Professional, invisible Staff, awesome delicious desserts, snacks and full meals. It was a pleasure to be here for two days.

Quite disappointed in this hotel, expected much more for the price. Breakfast was overpriced and some of the food was not fresh. Everything that is needed is in the hotel, just feel it's outdated overall but at least staff were willing to help with our complaints. I would recommend other hotels in Kyiv over this that are cheaper but more updated.

The best 5 * hotel in Kiev. Staff always does its utmost to stay unforgettable, sensitive to any whims (even if I suddenly want strawberries in winter — it will be! ) and wishes are taken into account at all follow-up visits, allowing you to feel comfortable at home.

Awful place. Worse yet is nowhere to be catered to.
Went for dinner with a coworker and we took over the girls of easy virtue.
One of the guests asked whether I was free today.
