We always live in KievInn. The rooms are conveniently furnished, comfortable and almost all new. The location is the best. You can always rely on workers.

An excellent place to stay given the locality it is situated in. Best part is the coordinator or manager with name sergey is always available and helps to full fill reasonable demands. I had stayed in 4 floor in two rooms 1bhk and they are spacious, bathroom are great too. If you know local language then it's added bonus to talk with caretakers. I would recommend this place for stay.

We were very pleased. Service at the highest level. A huge apartment is a comfortable bed landscaped kitchen. The location is in the heart of it. I advise everyone.

The room is chic, taken two-level with a jacuzzi, it's just something:) in the future we plan to treat ourselves to this miracle yet, but for now my recommendations!

No proper customer service! What the broker Sergey says is the rule. If he likes he will give you room without any confirmation via email. If he thinks otherwise, he will ask for email confirmation. So have email confirmation with clear dates. Still you are not the customer, his rule always implies.

Great, my room had a sauna and a hot tub! Clean. Good choice and a combination of price and quality.

I arrived with the conviction of having booked a simple room instead I found myself in a two storey apartment. Everything is spotless, with fully equipped kitchen, private sauna in the bathroom and double jacuzzi. For €90 A night I'd say it was the business of life. Staff friendly and with reception open 24/24. Location 100 metres from Maidan Square. Recommended!

In general OK. However the fridge did not work and the water in the jacuzzi was yellow.

Luxury room witj jacuzzi was great for its price 75$ The small room 45$ in the basement had a bad smell and the wall had water leakage and seems that no one knew about it The other thing was that there was no elevator for the upper stories Other than that it has a perfect location for a first time visitor to kiev and suitable for couples not for families.

Clean, centrally located, good for independent travelers who likes going to markets and not necessarily need breakfast and lot of service.

Great staff and service, especially Svetlana. Clean every day with rooms that have everything and more. No elevator but its not a big deal. Best location! 2 min. From main square and close to everything. Highly recommended! (We were 10 people) Rotem.

In fact it is not a hotel, but an apartment. Basement rooms with Jacuzzi and sauna, but no windows, with poor ventilation. But there is a otdeleyj entrance. Not much for rest and lodging, but convenient for sex tourism.

Very nice & cozy. Staff members really nice and friendly. Walking distance to some great places to eat.

Great hotel, stayed here times 2-3, no longer worked because of the high occupancy and lack of rooms (which says that not be this hotel for so much good there would be so many guests). I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice Apartment located at center of city with 24hr available person at reception to help and nice facility in room Big metro station nearby and all shops and market, banks are nearby.

Pretty decent place near the city center. Pricing is bit on the higher side.

This was the best apartment and service that I have found in ukraine. They didnt ask me money in the beginning before arrival. They trust their customer. Staff knows english. The apartments are very clean and is the best in kiev. I highly recommend.

I have used KievInn on several occasions past but had not visited in sometime. I was pleased to see they have maintained a high standard of accommodation and service and retain cheerful and helpful staff. The Inn is located very conveniently (And now has a sign outside, it used to be difficult to locate) and the 5 different rooms I have used ranging from 2 bed, 1 bed and studio have all been well maintained and comfortable for my entire stay. The desk staff are always welcoming and helpful, and the office team have always been dedicated in their service as I have used the apartment service on many many occasions too.

I know KievInn since 2011. Now it is my rest place when I come in Kiev for my job at least three time by year. Due to its location in the center, it is an excellent place to stay in Kiev. The apartments are very well designed, well equipped, nice kitchen place and bathroom which, for most of them I used, have a modern shower place, jakuzzi and some a sauna. Beds are confortable and of king size. Reception staff are professionel, speaking good english, nice, and I'm sure will help you in any case as they did for me. The booking staff is also nice, trying to give you the best free apartment that you need. I really recommend KievInn! Great Place!

We were in business trip from Belarus. Magnificent hotel, with good expensive furniture and the main thing were fine mattresses that is much important in business trips for rest. The personnel is polite and professional. Even issues with the computer equipment help to resolve though it doesn't enter at all into their duties. For example work and the relation business is pleasant to Yury. Girls on reception in general deserve feeling of admiration. Thanks.

Stayed here for the second time. The location was very convenient for the city centre, within a stone's throw Khreschatyk Street, independence square. Very good, liked the kitchenette in room, excellent bathroom. Happy. Good staff and services, daily cleaning of the rooms. Next time be sure to focus here.
