It was a slow start, took a wee while to get ourselves and our stuff onto the boat but once we were on it was smooth sailing. We started with a buffet lunch and it was amazing, the drinks added to the tab and their cocktails were great. The activities were well laid out to us so were knew what was going on and the food was simply amazing. The rooms were nice and roomy along with quiet and was great to be able to lie in bed and look out at all the cliffs. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to.
➜ They could improve perhaps the comfort of the bed or the variety at dinner as it is a unique service. You have many activities that if you do all can end up exhausted but I ended up delighted, and who prefer to rest because you have the option. The 5 stars, is because it is the best boat in the bay, the newest, and the staff is 12! Especially the girl in charge. It's good to travel like this. And how to make good weather… The scenery is something unique and fantastic!

Most beautiful 5 star cruise boat in Halong Bay when we saw many other passing by. For sure Alisa Cruise is brand new and being the nicest 5 star in Halong Bay. We had a great trip and Mr. Ten, cruise manager is amazing.
