Zolota Pava Hotel

Disappointment. I visited this restaurant 5 years ago and liked it very much. This year our visit was awful. We spent more than 1.5 hours for lunch. Waiter was eeeextremely sloooow. Table was cleaned after previous guests only with reminder. Food was quite good, but not super tasty. E. G. We had better bohrach in other Carpathian restaurants for the same price. We were waiting for coffee for 20 minutes and than it appeared that they can't prepare latte and we had to wait another 10 minutes for americano. It seems there were people who came after us and left earlier, lucky them.

Amazing place for late dinner with good prices.

The service is very poor. Absolutely inattentive, unfriendly attitude of waiters, service not corresponding to the level of the restaurant. Half of the dishes from the menu were not, waited a long time, the food was stale. Plus at the end of the terminal did not work because of problems with the Internet and instead of apologizing and trying to find a way out, the waiter made it clear that this is clearly only our problem, say do what you want.

Probably most historically hotel in Berehovo. Suites are spacey and clean.

Loved the restaurant and the hotel. Everything is very nice and cozy. The kitchen is tasty, the prices are adequate. The hotel room is tidy, clean. Nice and helpful staff. There is live music. Rented semi lux for 600 UAH. In the room TV, Wi-Fi, large bathroom, large bed, another small room with a sofa. I would recommend it to everyone.

The Hall is cool, remember the Soviet past. The size of the mirror in the hall is impressive. The peacock's tail on the stage is full of awesome. The waiters are helpful and attentive, the food is tasty and inexpensive.

One of the worst hotel I've ever been. Tha lady on the reception was talking to me like rubbish. When I told her that I'm going to come at 1-2 am she just said they closing the door and I have to come before 12. This is a HOTEL. That's why they have night porter. I had to change my booking 2 times and she was rude when I asked her about the change. They have a "luxury" room with a yacuzzi which is faulty. When I booked the room I asked for the room WHIT THE YACUZZI. When I wanted to use it obviously I couldn't. I asked her about it and she told me it's falty. I was like "you could tell me on the phone. I called you a few times… She said. "you didn't ask me about it". If the room is advertised as with yacuzzi, why should I ask? Anyway. Horrible service and filthy kitchen. Nice looking… But from inside… Just don't go.
