We booked three rooms and made a prepayment when phone, we were confirmed. When we arrived, our numbers were inhabited and we were resettled on the second floor (which was extremely unsuited to us), in addition, the cost for the number was given to us by 100 rag more (in each room), and they themselves decided that we had to live where they would say and pay the bills that were invoiced, the guests were not appreciated. The food was very good and the hotel was very clean and very friendly.
